3 How do the free nights work? Receive one free room for every six rooms booked It is not required to have 5 rooms in the same room category in order to receive the 6th room free. The free room applies to the least expensive room booked, (typically the lowest room category), for each night that there are enough rooms booked to qualify. Maximum number of 3 free rooms given, regardless of group size. 3G can be applied to larger groups but standard group policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and attrition will be applied, and 3 free rooms will still be the maximum. 1 complimentary room will be given for every 5 paying rooms every night the group meets that criteria (i.e. five rooms booked at 3 nights and one room booked at 5 nights. Complimentary room will be awarded 3 nights.) Please see examples on how free rooms are to be calculated. Room Type Deluxe Jr. Suite Total Rooms Free Rooms In the above scenario, 1Deluxe room would be free for three nights.

4 How do the free nights work? Room Type Jr. Suite Total Rooms Free Rooms In this scenario all free rooms apply to the Jr. Suite category, on nights where 6 rooms has been met or exceeded. Room Type Deluxe Jr. Suite Total Rooms Free Rooms In the above scenario, 1Deluxe room would be free for three nights.

5 How do the free nights work? Room Type Jr. Suite Ocean View Dealof the Day Total Rooms Free Rooms In this scenario all free rooms apply to the Deal of the Day category, on nights where 6 rooms has been met or exceeded.

6 How do the upgrades work? 1 complimentary VIP room upgrade for every 10 rooms per night booked Maximum of two upgrades per day. This upgrade is given to the 10 th room booked. Complimentary upgrades are based on availability and apply to the lowest room category with the lowest rate within the block of 10 rooms per night booked. o Upgrades may be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types Room Type Deluxe Jr. Suite Total Rooms In the above scenario, 1Deluxe room would be upgraded to the next category for 5 nights.
