1 Dodge Ridge Event Contract We are pleased you have selected Dodge Ridge for the location of your special event. Our events coordinator will help you plan your perfect occasion with a variety of package options available, including a complete line of catering possibilities. We offer two beautiful lodges to choose from and indoor/outdoor seating options that can accommodate up to 650 people. This agreement lists some of the policies and guidelines for the use of our property. Please read carefully so as to understand the terms and conditions. Fees and Deposits The Rental Fee for the Creekside Lodge or North Fork Bistro is $2, This fee covers the rental of the upstairs dining areas, use of tables and chairs, outside deck areas and restrooms of either building. Base Building Rental Security/Maintenance Basic set up of Tables and Chairs Use of building day before event between 9am - 4pm Use of building day after event between 8am - 12pm Wedding Coordinator Services o Our on-site events coordinator will support and assist you in the coordination of your event, including your on-site rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We will assist you to be sure your special day runs smoothly and according to plan. Additional Add-Ons Shuttle Service to Pinecrest Area 6 hr minimum Additional facility usage Additional Wedding Coordinator Services - Help book vendors, decorating, full wedding planning, and advice consults. 2 Payments In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $ upon booking your event. This deposit will act as your security deposit and will be returned to you when damages have been assessed. Upon booking, Dodge Ridge reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and nontransferable even if your event date is changed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. The $2, rental fee and 50% of catering balance is due 7 days prior to your event. 50% of the beverage costs must be paid 30 days in advance of the event. The remaining catering and beverage balance is due the day of your event. Food and Beverage Your Wedding Coordinator and the Director of Food and Beverage can assist you in your menu selection. All food and beverage services will be contracted through Dodge Ridge with the exception of cakes and specialized desserts. Gratuities and Taxes An 18% service charge will be added to all food & beverage provided by Dodge Ridge and any fees and or services provided or contracted by Dodge Ridge. A 7.5% sales tax will be added to all charges including as required by the California State Board of Equalization. Music and Entertainment It is recommended to end outside music by 11:00 pm and inside music by 12:00 pm. Additional times can be arranged. Bands and DJs must also adhere to our out side vendor policy and provide proof of liability insurance. (See following page.) Damages The contracted client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and agrees to pay Dodge Ridge any and all damages arising from the occupancy & use of Dodge Ridge s facilities by the client, client contractors, guests & any person (s) present at the function. Payment for such damages, exceeding the $ security deposit, shall be due immediately upon receipt of Dodge Ridge invoice detailing the repair costs. Dodge Ridge will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property left at Dodge Ridge before, during, or following the event.

3 Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of any doorway per Tuolumne County Code. Smoking is not allowed in any Dodge Ridge facility. Facility Capacities: We request that you notify Dodge Ridge of the number of guests attending your event. The Creekside lodge can accommodate 350 comfortably for dinner and dancing and the North Fork Bistro can accommodate 80. Outside Vendors We require that you provide us with a complete list of all services and/or persons you intend to hire for your event thirty days in advance. This includes; florists, photographers, bands, DJ services, etc Please complete the list with business name, contact, and phone number. Please provide us with a copy of their current certificate of liability insurance. We reserve the right to approve all selected outside services. Decorations and Clean Up Procedures Decorating plans and use of outside services must be submitted 30 days in advance of the wedding. Dodge Ridge reserves the right to approve all decorations, changes, and alterations to the facilities. Please understand that you are responsible for the clean up of all decorations and or any added amenities by the agreed ending time of your event. Any event held outdoors must be cleared of all trash and decorations the night of the event. Please also be advised that Dodge Ridge cannot be responsible for wedding gifts or reception amenities. 4 HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE I agree to never sue and do hereby release from liability Dodge Ridge Corporation, The United States of America, The US Forest Service, the Department of Agriculture, and their officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, landowners, and affiliated companies for any damage, loss, injury or death to me arising from my participation from my use of the facilities at Dodge Ridge no matter what the cause. In the event these reserved facilities are not used, Dodge Ridge Corporation will experience monetary losses, which would be difficult to calculate due to uncertainty and cost of obtaining replacement business. Please be advised that your lodge rental deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and you will forfeit this deposit. To confirm the outlined arrangements please return a signed copy of this agreement, with all the information filled out, the copies of certificates of insurance and your deposit thirty days prior to your function. Please note that no function will be considered definite until all aforementioned documents are signed and returned and deposits received.
