2 Throughout the history of the sport, rugby has its traditions of combining fierce but fair play on the pitch with sportsmanship, camaraderie, friendship and hospitality off it. Towcestrians RFC epitomises this in every way, right from the youngest mini and junior player through the age groups to senior players and the supporters of the club. What better way, in today s challenging business environments, than supporting your successful rugby club and in turn promoting your business. This brochure details some of the many sponsorship opportunities open to you and your business with the Towcestrians; we can tailor these to match your individual business requirements. Towcestrians are one of the premier rugby clubs in Northamptonshire, with the first team narrowly missing out on promotion to the national leagues in the 2013/14 season. The club will field at least three senior teams on a Saturday plus the academy / colts team who have all performed admirably in recent years, making the club a vibrant atmosphere throughout the season. We are pleased to promote some great opportunities for your business to sponsor the Towcestrians Rugby Club. Becoming a sponsor can help build your business brand visibility throughout Northamptonshire, the East-Midlands and also the wider South-West in line with the leagues that Towcester compete in. It will also give you opportunity to networking at one of the many events through the year, demonstrating community spirit and support to the club. In 2013, the club and its supporters invested heavily in the clubhouse facilities, which are the envy of all sporting clubs in the area. This has really helped create a family atmosphere at the club welcoming to all that come through the door. 5 Matchday Sponsors Weekend Selecting a particular weekend may be a good way for you to promote your business to a captive audience. Starting on a Saturday, you would have a hosted lunch for 8 guests and then watch the first team match from the sponsors area. You and your guests would be photographed with the first team, to be used in your own advertising. Following the match you will award the Man of the Match and soak up the atmosphere in the club as a hosted guest. You will also have a full page in the matchday programme and the opportunity to set up a marketing stall at the club for the whole weekend to advertise your business. This would give you access to the very busy Sunday mornings and the hundreds of mini/juniors and their parents. We believe this is a great opportunity to advertise your business and priced at 500 is excellent value for money. Matchday Programme / Match Ball A matchday programme is produced for all home first team games and always a good read ahead of the match on a Saturday afternoon. Each week you could also sponsor the match ball, what better way to advertise your business through these routes. Match ball sponsorship 100, ¼ page advert 35, ½ page advert 60, a full page for 100, Inside front / back cover 150 and back cover 200.

6 Advertising Boards Pitchside Pitchside boards are a very popular way of advertising your business. The boards are permanently on view throughout the year and at 350 for one year or 550 for two years will give you good exposure for your business. The boards measure 2.4mtrs x 0.90 mtrs, and we will produce them for you included in the price. Player Sponsorship The Towcestrians are proudly an amateur club. Sponsoring a first team senior player is a great way of helping the individual balance the rigours of playing a physical sport at a competitive level. We offer a standard package for 400, which covers the individuals annual and weekly subscriptions. We will advertise your business on the player sponsors board, in the matchday programme together with a feature on your business in the matchday programme later in the season. We will also give you 2 complementary tickets to a VP lunch. The advanced package at 600 total sponsorship includes the entire standard package, plus a pitchside advertising board for the season. Why not add in a Matchday sponsors weekend, which would include the entire advanced package as noted above plus all the matchday weekend. At 800 this represents great value for your business. General Kit Sponsorship It s not just the playing shirts where you could advertise your business. The club has a thriving kit emporium for players of all ages and supporters alike to purchase new kit and accessories. Why not sponsor a range of clothing from, Number 1 s shirts, training kit.even the Christmas onesie!!. This would give you great brand coverage both at the club and around the town, and county. These packages can be tailored to suit you and your business.

8 Towcestrians are known not only for Rugby, but Tennis, Hockey and Cricket. Each section has a strong social side and if you are interested in directly supporting another section, please do let us know;- TENNIS Towcestrians has a thriving Tennis section with six teams playing in the Northampton and Banbury Leagues, two Men s, two Ladies and two Mixed. Leagues are all year round as the courts are floodlit and only bad weather halts play. It has two professionally qualified coaches who have regular coaching spots with Juniors and also run Easter and Summer Tennis Camps. Coaching for adult club members is as mutually convenient. If you don t want team tennis but enjoy social tennis there are club nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays where everyone mixes in and informal groups make their own arrangements and play whenever it suits them New Members are always welcome CRICKET Towcestrians Cricket club proudly boasts a history stretching back to Playing at one of the best settings in the county with great playing facilities that include 2 purpose built nets with bowling machine an artificial pitch and a nine wicket square capable of the highest levels. We have a thriving Junior section with coaching provided starting at 6 years old and competitive cricket for them in local leagues for U11 s, U13 s and U15 s Senior nets sessions are on Tuesday nights Clubhouse facilities are second to none and the section has a lively social scene. HOCKEY The Hockey section boasts 3 ladies teams playing in the Midlands Div 1, Midlands Feeder Div East and Northants county Div 3, accommodating all levels of skills. We currently have England Seniors players amongst our ranks and a number of County players. We also have a thriving Junior section from the surrounding area and qualified coaches at all levels. Our Home pitch is at Northampton High School for girls and has great facilities. Training is every Thursday evening throughout the winter. New members are very welcome whether you want to try the sport or come back to hockey after a break! We regularly run socials at Towcestrians, so come and join one of the regions premier Hockey clubs! It is an exciting time for Towcestrians RFC and everyone affiliated with the club, with success on and off the pitch from the mini and Junior section through to the senior teams and 1st XV. As a club we are fortunate to have the support of numerous generous sponsors, without which the club couldn t exist and operate at the level it currently does.
