BY TRAIN - Stop at Stadium MRT (along Circle Line). - Come out via Exit A. - Turn right upon exiting fare gates and proceed 2 flights of escalators to the 100PLUS Promenade (Level 3). Walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. - For lift access, there is a lift behind the escalators. Proceed to level 3, turn left and walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. - Alternatively, there is a sheltered path from Kallang MRT (about 600m walk). Cross the pedestian bridge over Nicoll Highway to reach 100PLUS Promenade at Level 3. Walk around the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. Stadium Drive 2. BY BUS a. Bus services 10, 14, 16, 70, 70M and 196 (Bus Stop Nos or 80219). - Alight along Nicoll Highway and proceed up the sheltered bridg and walk towards the National Stadium. This leads you Towards directly to the 100PLUS Promenade. Mountbatten - There are lifts available. Proceed to Level 3 MRT for Station the 100PLUS Promenade. (600m) - Walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. b. Bus Service 11 (Bus Stop No ) -Walk towards Kallang Wave Mall and proceed up the escalator near the entrance. - Proceed up 2 flights of escalators to the 100PLUS Promenade (Level 3). - Walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. - For lift access, there is a lift behind the escalators. Proceed to level 3, turn left and walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. Stadium Blvd Stadium Walk Stadium Blvd (Towards Mountbatten Rd) 3. BY TAXI - Alight at Kallang Wave Mall Taxi Stand. - Proceed to escalators inside Kallang Wave Mall next to NTUC Fairprice Extra. Take 2 flights of escalators to the 100PLUS Promenade (Level 3). - For lift access, ther is a lift behind the escalators. Proceed to Level 3. - Proceed to Gate BY DRIVING - Drive along Nicoll Highway and enter Car Park B (locatede at the basement). - Take the lift to Level 3. - Walk along the 100PLUS Promenade to Gate 3. 17

10 EVENT RULES Participants must attach the assigned bib on the front of their adorned apparel. Participants not wearing a bib will not be allowed to take part in the Event. Participants must ensure that their race numbers are clearly visible at the front of their adorned apparel at all times. Participants are required to assemble at the start pens 30 minutes prior to their assigned start time. Participants are to keep to the left at all times and overtake on the right. Participants are not allowed to stop or rest on the steps. Participants however are allowed to rest on the red stadium seats along the route. Any Participant who commences before the actual start time of the category for which he or she is registered will be disqualified. start pens based on their estimated time of completion. Participants will later date. Participants must stay on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. SportsHub reserves the right to limit and/or refuse Event entries without giving any reason. SportsHub will not be responsible for any inaccuracy in a Participant s race timings. 13

11 EVENT SAFETY COMPETITIVE SPEED STEPPER / COMPETITIVE ENDURO STEPPER KIDS CLIMB Participants must wear and securely fasten a climbing or non-aero cycling helmet during the race as we are concerned of the safety of our participants. GENERAL SAFETY Participants must not run or skip over the steps when going down. Participants must inform the or security personnel if he or she is injured or is feeling unwell. Participants may not use the following items in the Event along the route: Wheelchairs. Stroller. Skates. Bicycles. Mobile phones. (Photo taking only within the seats area) Any other item that could potentially inhibit the flow or safety of other Participants (eg. Selfie Stick) Participants are encouraged to wear a climbing or non-aero cycling helmet but it s NOT Compulsory. 14

12 RULES & REGULATIONS 1. GENERAL 2. REGISTRATION, ENTRY AND STEPPER PACK The Singapore Sports Hub Stepper ( Event ) is owned and organised by SportsHub Pte Ltd ( SportsHub ). By submitting the online registration form and registering for the Event, the Participant agrees to obey directions from these Rules and Regulations, Protection Policy ( privacy-statement), and Conditions of Entry ( venues/pages/home.aspx) which may be amended from time to time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant must withdraw from an Event activity immediately if required by an Registration for the Event is confirmed upon full payment and issuance of a race identification number by the online registration system. Each Participant agrees to provide true and accurate information about the Participant contained in the online registration form. Certain amendments may be made to a Participant s personal details in the registration system before 20 October 2015 (but not change of race category) using the online registration system. SportsHub will not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete and/or incorrect entry details provided by the Participant. Participants must collect their Stepper Pack in person which includes the race bib, timing device (for Competitive Speed Stepper / Competitive Enduro Stepper only), Event T-Shirt, and other gifts at the Stepper Pack Collection location during the collection period - details will be notified to Participants in due course. If Participants are unable to collect their Stepper Pack in person, they may send a representative who must provide an Collection location. SportsHub may re-distribute or dispose of the Stepper Pack where a Participant fails to collect the Stepper Pack in the manner described in this clause. No timing device will be issued in relation to the Kids Climb. SportsHub may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop activities at the Event and the Event itself, or deny access to the Venue, or amend or cancel race categories, routes and timings for any dangerous situation, maintenance works or any other causes without notice, without any compensation to the Participant. SportsHub shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue or inaccurate, SportsHub reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Participant s registration and no refund of fees will be made. Participation in the Event is for the Participant only; Participants are strictly prohibited from swapping, selling or transfer the place in the Event or allowing any other person to wear the Event bib/number. Any breach of this condition shall render the entry void. If a Participant is found to be in breach of this condition SportsHub reserves the right to exclude the Participant from participation in future Events. 15

13 3. EVENT CATEGORIES Participants must be 7 years old and above. Pricing may be amended at any time by SportsHub without notice. Kids Climb: Participant must be between 7 years old and 12 years old as of 31 December 2015 (S$10.00 per entry). Competitive Speed Stepper / Competitive Enduro Stepper Participant must be 17 years old and above as of 31 December 2015 (S$20.00 per entry). : & above 4. GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE FOR ALL COMPETITIVE CATEGORIES Participants are not allowed to run down the steps nor skipping of steps on the way down. Failure to do so will result in a warning (participant will be shown a yellow card by race marshal). For every yellow card shown to the participant, a 10s time penalty will be added to his or her total overall time. 5. PRIZES All Participants will be awarded with a finisher medal. The top three fastest Participants in Competitive Speed Stepper / Competitive Enduro Stepper category will receive a winner s medal: Gold Medal - 1st Place; Silver Medal - 2nd Place; Bronze Medal 3rd Place. 6. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT If the Participant withdraws from the Event for any reason, SportsHub will not refund fees. : Any unsportsmanlike conduct or action will result in a disqualification to the SportsHub reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entries or amend the format and rules of the Race without giving any reason or giving prior notice. 7. BAGGAGE DEPOSIT SportsHub does not provide a baggage deposit service and SportsHub will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to belongings of the Participant. 16
