Key Respnsibilities T wrk clsely with the HR business partners t ensure an excellent HR service is delivered thrughut, business partnering is wrking effectively and a cnsistent apprach is taken Prvide high level emplyee relatins advice, supprt and guidance t line managers T wrk clsely with business segments t ensure cnsultatin prcesses are carried ut crrectly and in a timely manner T wrk strategically and peratinally with business segments in a business partnering capacity t ensure HR supprt is prvided t enable them t meet their aims and bjectives Ensure implementatin f HR initiatives within the business grups and prvide practive supprt and advice T ensure business grups and the HR team fully utilise the E-HR system and it is implemented and delivered in a timely manner Cntribute t prviding timely TUPE advice/infrmatin and ther assciated TUPE activities Cntribute t the business by prviding timely supprt and infrmatin fr tender prcesses Cntribute t the develpment and maintenance f plicies and prcedures T undertake prject wrk as specified by the Directr f HR in line with the HR strategy and Business Plan Take the lead in areas f HR specialisms as specified by the Directr f HR Cntribute t the mnthly, quarterly and ad-hc HR and business reprting prcesses Line manage the HR Advisr fr the regin and prvide verall supprt, guidance and directin fr them in delivering an effective, efficient, practive, HR service within the regin and as part f the HR Business Partner team as a whle.
