For the Spray Fireproofing to office mezzanine we propose to use Blaze-Shield II by Cafco Industries. This application will be in accordance with ULC F816 to achieve a two hour rating. For the Spray Fireproofing to service mezzanine we propose to use Blaze-Shield II by Cafco Industries. This application will be in accordance with ULC F816 to achieve a one hour rating. All components of the fire-rated floor assembly must be supplied to meet the criteria of the ULC / cul design. This includes deck, joists, and beams, which must be sized and listed to meet ULC / cul design requirements for this project. Please ensure all suppliers are notified of these requirements. For the Intumescent Fireproofing to columns and braces supporting office mezzanine we propose to use SprayFilm WB5 by Cafco Industries. This application will be in accordance with cul Y616 to achieve a two hour rating. For the Intumescent Fireproofing to columns and braces supporting service mezzanine we propose to use SprayFilm WB5 by Cafco Industries. This application will be in accordance with cul Y616 to achieve a one hour rating. Please find attached product data and testing documentation for your review. We enclose MSDS for the above products for you to distribute to the site; we also confirm that our workers have been trained in WHMIS and will be using safe work practices.
