3 WIRE ROPE SLINGS Highly experienced manufacturer We have 19 years of industry experience in the manufacture and supply of wire rope slings and products. We specialise in the manufacture of wire rope slings, with a wide range of terminations available. We are capable of pressing from 3mm up to 128mm diameter wire rope Operational support Our logistical, supply chain and internal operations support teams have been developed from the ground up to enable a seamless and efficient operational support capability. We can accommodate same day quotation and our escalation procedures are capable of meeting the most demanding of mission critical requirements. Wire rope slings We hold a large stock of variable size wire for immediate sling manufacture. Our termination range includes Talurit, Flemish, Soft Eye and Socket and our state of the art fleet of wire presses extend up to 3700 tonnes of force. Quality as standard We can manufacture wire rope slings to DNV type approval and all of our manufactured products are made in accordance with exacting British and European standards. We are full and active members of LEEA, IMCA and IADC and invest heavily in our quality management systems and procedures

4 LIFTING PRODUCTS Extensive product stock First Integrated has a large back stock of common lifting products including chain blocks, beam trolleys, sheave blocks, beam clamps and wire rope pulling machines. These are available for sale or rental as required Rigging Lofts We can supply a wide range of rigging lofts with custom inventories tailored specifically to suit your requirements. We can offer these on a sale or hire basis and are capable of accommodating urgent operational requirements Quality OEM solutions We have supply and distributor agreements in place with a wide range of industry manufacturers. We are a super distributor for Crosby UK and are supplied by a number of industry leading brands including William Hackett, Gunnebo, Tiger, Talurit, Bridon and Van Beest Air Hoists We stock a wide range of state of the art Red Rooster Air Hoists available for immediate rental. Sizes range from 0.5 tonne up to 12.0 tonne. These machines feature robust engineering, fail-safe mechanisms and internal silencing and can be added to any rigging loft requirement

These specialist products are primarily designed to be incorporated into sophisticated manual handling systems where dependable long term performance and longevity are of paramount consideration Product Stock We stock a wide variety of high performance specialist ropes including both fibre and steel wire. We are capable of supplying a range of sizes and our robust supply chain enables us to facilitate rapid order fulfillment Technical Assistance Our in-house high performance rope specialists are able to provide technical assistance, support and guidance for your mission critical operations. In addition, we can offer advice on rope selection, installation, maintenance and use Capability Our state of the art workshop and manufacturing facilities allow us to accurately cut high performance specialist ropes to length, and prepare them with a wide range of terminations and fittings. We can support your entire operational needs including lifting work scopes, mooring, towing and marine applications. We can also maintain and extend the life of your asset through our rigorous inspection and re-lubrication regimes

6 INSPECTION Inspection services First Integrated has fully trained, qualified and accredited engineers. We also host our own in house technical authorities and ICP s. Whether your requirement is for onsite or in house test inspection we are capable of a wide range of testing and inspection solutions including SI2307, DROPS surveys and LOLER examinations Training First Integrated is fully accredited to provide a wide range of lifting and inspection related training. We host several in house rigging seminars throughout the year and can offer courses on LOLER awareness, lift planning, COSHH and manual handling Load testing Our Aberdeen campus features a 200Te test bed capable of a wide variety of proof load tasks. We also have an onsite 200Te spooling winch available at short notice and both vertical and horizontal testing rigs. In addition, our onsite 70Te crane and weld testing solutions complete the full safety critical testing capability that First Integrated can offer Planning Our extensive logistical, manufacturing and operational experience has given us the edge in advanced lift planning, installation and mobilisation of lifting equipment. From cylinders and pumps to torque wrenches, bolt tensioners and hole punchers, we can supply a hydraulic solution that suits your operational requirements Consumables We hold an extensive stock of equipment, plant and tooling consumables on site and available for same day delivery. Our dedicated sales support team have extensive logistical and supply chain chain experience and will endeavour to provide a first class service MONTI Service Centre First Integrated is the UK s first accredited service centre for the MONTI bristle blaster system. This innovative surface preparation product allows for surface treatment and coating preparation without the need or inconvenience of blasting grit. We offer complete lifecycle support for the bristle blaster system and our in house trained service technicians will ensure your equipment is well maintained and serviced Evaluation First Integrated can offer bespoke equipment rental and management planning.
