4 Case Narrative Client: Alpha Geosciences TestAmerica Job ID: 0-- Project/Site: HFCS Job ID: 0-- Laboratory: Narrative Receipt The samples were received on //0 : AM; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and, where required, on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 0.º C. LCMS - Method Results for sample BG Cold Tap (0--) were reported from the analysis of a diluted extract due to high concentration of the target analyte in the analysis of the undiluted extract. The dilution factor was applied to the labeled internal standard area counts and these area counts were within acceptance limits The internal standard (ISTD) response for the following samples was outside control limits compared to the most recent CCV: HS Kit Tap (0--) and BG Cold Tap (0--). The samples were re-analyzed with concurring results and the original set of data has been reported. The internal standards responses were in control as compared to the calibration curve. No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
