Mr. Marshall has also worked fire investigations in the private sector for over three years. Mr. Marshall has investigated over a thousand fires included commercial and residential structure fires, vehicle fires, wild land fires, and miscellaneous property fires, which involved criminal investigations, serious bodily injury and fatality investigations, product failure liability and or subrogation. While employed with the Orange City Department, Mr. Marshall was assigned to The Orange County Arson Task Force. 7
