1 List of Positions & Requirements: OPERATIONS 1. Senior Project Manager Must possessed recognized Degree/Diploma in Engineering and have at least fifteen (15) years of working experience in oil and gas and at least five (5) years in similar position. Preferably hook up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemicals plants or other related 2. Project Manager Must possessed recognized Degree / Diploma in Engineering and have at least ten (10) years of working 3. Workpack Team Leader Must possessed recognized Degree / Diploma in Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working 4. Operation Team Leader Must possessed recognized Degree / Diploma in Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working 5. Senior Workpack Engineer/Lead Must possessed recognized degree in any discipline of engineering. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industries construction industry. Must have not less than 5 years in managing a team of workpack engineers. Must have good knowledge in construction methodology and hazards, Pre commissioning and commissioning activities 6. Senior Marine Captain Must hold a Class 1 certificate of competency Foreign Going Master BUT shall not be Panamanian or Liberian origin. Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in barge moves with a good knowledge in towing and anchor handling activities Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing offshore marine vessels. Must have good knowledge in construction methodology and hazards.

2 7. Construction Superitendent Must possessed recognized Degree/Diploma in Engineering and have at least ten (10) years working 8. Construction Supervisor Must possessed recognized Degree / Diploma in Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working 9. QA/QC Lead Must possessed recognized Bachelor degree in engineering discipline or equivalent. Must have minimum of 10 years experienced in the oil/gas or Petrochemical industry and 3 years experienced with similar position. Relevant experience in developing and implementing Project Quality Plan, document control, change control, material inspection and test plans, NDT and other quality related procedures. 10. Materials Control Lead Must possessed recognized Diploma in Business administration or equivalent, have a background in engineering field would be an advantage. Must have minimum of 6 years experienced in the oil/gas or Petrochemical industry and 3 years experienced with similar position. Relevant experience in hands on knowledge in materials management and warehousing processes. 11. Marine Captain/Coordinator Must possessed recognized Degree/Diploma in Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or equivalent and shall have at least five (5) years of working experience in oil and gas and at least two (2) years in similar position. Preferably managing marine vessels, logistics, and marine crew both onshore and offshore. 12. Blasting Painting Foreman (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall posses SPM certificate of education. Must have at least five (5) years experience in Oil and Gas industry of which three (3) years as a painting foreman in Coating and Painting services. Must be industrial qualified to Institute Materials of Malaysia (IMM) Level1 & Level 2. Must have experience in both onshore and offshore construction operations and be familiar with offshore and onshore facilities and working conditions. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup.

3 13. Rigger Foreman (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Must have at least 8 years working experience in Oil & Gas industry of which have 6 years shall be as an offshore Rigger Scaffolder. Must have experience in both onshore and offshore construction operations, and be familiar with offshore and offshore facilities and working conditions. Must be knowledgeable of cranes, taggers, slings, winches, hoists, come along, lifting equipment and all miscellaneous gear required to assist in the work. Must be knowledgeable on the safe scaffolding erection method. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup). 14. Scaffolder Foreman (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Must have five (5) years working experience in Oil & Gas construction rigging of which have three (3) years shall be as Scaffolder. Must have experience in both onshore and offshore construction operations, and be familiar with offshore and offshore facilities and working conditions. The candidate must be knowledgeable on the safe scaffolding erection. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup). 15. Blaster Cum Painter (IMM Level II) (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall possess a minimum SPM certificate of education. Must be industrially qualified to IMM Level II and able to work at offshore facilities to perform abrasive blasting (wet/dry) painting work as required. Must have five (5) years experience as Blaster/painter such as coating of process pipe, vessels structural steel, of which three (3) years as painter in coating and painting services. 16. Blaster Cum Painter (IMM Level I) (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall possess a minimum SPM certificate of education. Must be industrially qualified to IMM Level I and able to work at offshore facilities to perform abrasive blasting (wet/dry) painting work as required. Must have three (3) years experience as Blaster/painter such as coating of process pipe, vessels structural steel, of which two (2) years as painter in coating and painting. 17. Abseiler Blaster Painter (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall possess a minimum SPM certificate of education. Must be industrially qualified to IMM Level I and able to work at offshore facilities to perform abrasive blasting (wet/dry) painting work as required. Must have three (3) years experience as Blaster/painter such as coating of process pipe, vessels structural steel, of which two (2) years as painter in coating and painting. Shall have at least 1 year experience as a level 2 abseiler. 18. Rigger/Scaffolder (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall have at least secondary education. Must have at least 3 years experience as a Rigger Scaffolder of which 2 years shall be in offshore construction. Must have minimum qualification of the completion in Part I or Part II or Advance Scaffolding Course. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical check up).

4 19. Helper (Offshore based in West Malaysian Kemaman) Shall have at least secondary education. Shall have at least two (2) years experience as General Labourer in construction work. 20. Senior Inspection Coordinator (SIC) (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. Must possess professional certificate in CSWIP 3.1, API 510, API 570, API 653, and ASNT Level II in UT, PT, and MT (current&valid). More than 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industry. Knowledge in ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 Series, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASTM, NACE Painting Specs, RBI, and Mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other relating drawings. Prefer individual who have knowledge in pipe laying and heavy coating, Marine and construction safety, and Rigging, slinging and scaffolding requirements. 21. Senior Engineering Inspector (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. At least possess professional certificate in CSWIP 3.2 and ASNT Level II in UT, PT and MT (current&valid). At least 3 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industry. Knowledge in ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 Series, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASTM, NACE Painting Specs, RBI, Mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other relating drawings and all equipment associated with welding fabrication. 22. Engineering Inspector Level 3 (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. At least possess professional certificate in CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II in UT, PT and MT (current&valid). More than 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industry. Knowledge in ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 Series, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASTM, NACE Painting Specs, and Mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other relating drawings. Also familiar with all equipment associated with welding fabrication and all plant mechanical static equipment. 23. Blasting & Painting Inspector Level 3 (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. At least possess professional certificate in IMM/NACE Coating Inspector certification. At least 3 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industry. Required for knowledge in relevant standards and specification e.g. British Standards, Steel Structure Painting Council, Swedish Standard and NACE. Knowledge in mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other related drawings and operation of blast cleaning equipment and airless spray equipment for the application of heavy duty paints. 24. Abseiler IRATA Level 3 (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. Must possess professional certificate in ASNT Level II in UT, PT, and MT (current&valid). Prefer individual with CSWIP 3.1, CSWIP 3.2, CSWIP 3.4, API 510, CSWIP/PCN Ultrasonic Practitioner Certificate (Level II) in nozzles & TKY joints (current&valid). More than 5 years working experienced in related field and in oil and gas industries. Knowledge in rescue operation, able to read and sketch isometric drawing, and HSE requirements in abseiling operation.

5 25. Material Inspector (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Minimum SPM/Equivalent. At least 1 3 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industries. Knowledge in ASTM, familiar with Engineering codes, Basic NDT techniques (PT, MT, UT), API 578. Knowledge in material storage handling, planning and distribution and also inspection and preservation of OCTG/Downhole equipment. 26. Quantity Surveyor (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Degree in quantity surveying. Hold professional certifications in corporate member of a recognized professional institution (e.g. ISM, AIQS & RICS). At least 3 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industries. Knowledge in major fabrication and/or construction engineering works. 27. Inspection Analyst (Offshore/Onshore based East Malaysian & West Malaysian) Diploma in Mechanical/Material, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Hold professional certificates in CSWIP 3.1, CSWIP 3.2, CSWIP 3.4, API 510, API 570, API 653, ASNT Level II in UT, PT and MT, CSWIP/PCN Ultrasonic Practitioner Certificate (Level II) in nozzles & TKY joints (current&valid). At least 3 5 years experience as Inspection Analyst. 28. Electrical & Instrument Engineer Possess a recognized degree in Electrical Electronic or equivalent. Must have at least 3 years experience within his engineering discipline, preferably in oil and gas related industry. Must have field experience on execution of major hock up and commissioning project. 29. Senior Blasting & Painting Inspector Min. SPM / Equivalent with certification in IMM or NACE Coating Inspector. Must have more 5 year experience in related field. Must have knowledge in relevant standards and specification e.g. British Standard, Steel Structure Painting Council, Swedish Standard and NACE. Knowledge in mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other related drawings and operation of blast cleaning equipment and airless spray equipment for the application of heavy paints. 30. Corrosion Engineer Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy of equivalent (or Diploma in these disciplines with more than 10 years experienced). At least 3 5 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas industries. Knowledge in design, monitoring and maintenance of Cathodic Protection System and familiar with conversion of operating parameters into corrosion predictions. Required knowledge in corrosion and Cathodic protection monitoring techniques, and the operation of Cosasco, CorrOcean or equivalent types pressure access fittings, service valves and retrievers. 31. Corrosion Technician Level 2 Minimum SPM/Equivalent. Must possess professional certificate in ASNT Level II in UT, PT, MT (current&valid). At least 3 5 years experienced in related fields and in oil & gas industries. Required knowledge in corrosion and cathodic protection monitoring techniques, and the operation of Cosasco, CorrOcean or equivalent types pressure access fittings, service valves and retrievers.

6 32. Corrosion Technician Level 1 Minimum SPM/Equivalent. Must possess professional certificate in ASNT Level II in UT, PT, MT (current&valid). At least 1 3 years experienced in related fields and in oil & gas industries. 33. Multi Skill NDT Technician Diploma in engineering or equivalent with at least minimum 2 years experience in experience in NDT in oil and Gas industry. Shall posses at least ASNT/PCN level ii in UT, PT, MT & RT. Should be expert and have certificate in at least one fields in TOFD, Phased array UT, Long Range UT, Radiographic Interpretation, Eddy Current, AFCM or Thermographic and other equivalent certification. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. 34. Welder Must have at least 3 years experience as Welder in offshore related field. Must be able to work in all positions, including confined space and have a good working knowledge of filer metal, base metals, and joint preparations, welding techniques, preheat and post weld heat treatment. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup). 35. Blaster/Painter Must have at least 4 years experience in industrial painting of which shall made up to two to 2 3 years offshore in blasting and painting. Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup). 36. Senior Process Technician Minimum 7 years working experience as process technician, preferably in oil and gas industry. 37. Senior Mechanical Technician Minimum 7 years working experience as mechanical technician, preferably in oil and gas industry. 38. Senior Electrician Minimum 7 years working experience as Electrician, preferably in oil and gas industry. Posses at least Technician Certificate as Electrician, preferably AEP certificates. Must be able to operate and use electrical testing equipment and able to do switching on 6.6KV system. 39. Senior Instrument Technician Minimum 7 years working experience as instrument Technician, preferably in oil and gas industry. Must have enough experience to make minor modification and design change, suggest component or module equivalents and confidentially carry out such work. 40. Offshore Crane Operators Minimum 7 years working experience in handling offshore cranes. Posses Crane and Maintenance Certification would be an advantage. 41. Material Coordinators Minimum 5 years experience as material coordinator, preferably at offshore environment. Independent, mature, able to handle suppliers and able to interact with all levels of personnel. 42. General Helpers Minimum 3 years working experience preferably offshore.
