1 U6 Law 1: Field will be rectangular about 20 by 35 yards, with a half line. No goal area. No penalty area. No corner flags. No corner arc. Goals are 5 feet by 12 feet approx. Law 2: Ball is a size 3. Law 3: Games are played 4 vs 4 with no goal keeper. Coaches rotate every player from the bench into the game and out at any stoppage of play. Law 5 and 6: No referees. One coach or assistant coach from each team is on the field directing the players. Law 7: Game time is four eight-minute quarters with a two to three minute break between quarters. Law 8: Game starts by one player playing the ball forward. Said player may not touch the ball after the initial kick until touches another player. Opponents must be 4 yards from the ball at the start. Law 9: No throw-ins. Every out-of-bounds on the touch line is a kick-in from the spot the ball left the field by the team who did not touch it last. Every out-of-bounds from the end line is a kick-in either from the corner if the defending team kicked it out or from the end line if the attacking team kicked it out. Law 10: Scoring. No score is kept in this division. Everyone wins and receives a medal. Players may score from the kickoff, a goal kick, a corner kick, or a kick-in from the touch line. Law 11: No offside rule. Law 12: Coaches call fouls for pushing, kicking, hitting, jumping at, tripping, holding an opponent, spitting at a player, handling the ball. No cards are given to any player. No slide tackles are allowed. Coaches explain each call to the players. Law 13: Free kicks. All fouls are direct kicks from spot of the foul or from goal box line if foul occurs inside the goal box. Opponents must be 4 yards from the ball at Law 14: No penalty kicks. Law 15-17: Opponents must remain 4 yards from a kick-in, goal kick, and corner kick.

Law 8: Game starts by one player playing the ball forward. Said player may not touch the ball after the initial kick until touches another player. Opponents must be 4 yards from the ball at the start. Law 9: Throw-ins from the touch line. Players learn proper throw-in technique. Referee makes players who do it wrong try a second time. Ball is in play the second time whether done right or wrong. Law 10: Scoring. No score is kept in this division. Everyone wins and receives a medal. Players may score from the kickoff, a goal kick, a corner kick, or a kick-in from the touch line. Law 11: No offside rule. Law 12: Referee calls fouls. Ten major fouls are direct kicks from spot of the foul or from goal box line if foul occurs inside the goal box. Other fouls are indirect from the spot of the foul or from the goal box line if the foul occurs inside the goal box. Referee does not call a pass back to the keeper as a foul. All sliding is called as a dangerous play. Law 13: Free kicks. Referee signals whether kick is direct or indirect. Opponents must be 4 yards from the ball at Law 14: No penalty kicks. All fouls inside the goal box are taken from the point on the goal box line nearest the foul. Law 15-17: Opponents must remain 4 yards from a kick-in, goal kick, and corner kick.
