1 We believe in all the teachings of the Apostles and that the Church is built on the foundation of the Apostles, Prophets with Jesus Christ the Chief Corner Stone. EDUCATING TODAY S CHRISTIAN LEADERS
2 MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Emerging on Christendom s current horizon, are distinct silhouettes shaping the leading schools of thought. Attempts by theologians to brand one school as left and the other as right seemingly over simplify the matter. The difficulties arises when terms such as orthodox, fundamental, evangelical, liberal, modern, neo-orthodox are used, but do not always clearly define the position of any one man or institution. As I see these emerging silhouettes, it appears that many groups, through reason and intellectualism, attempts to reach up to God as the philosophers of old; and their report is that God is simply a disinterested, abstract part of nature. Consequently, they theorize Bible-based education combined with real ministry experience. that man, through human efforts must create their own world-utopia that promises salvation from whatever is disturbing him. We here at D.R. Bell Apostolic Bible College are thankful for the Hellenic culture, the various Renaissance, the literary and scientific advances made by man, but we believe that only the revelation God has given man reaches God through faith. Dr. D. Rayford Bell Th.D., Ph.D., President D.R. Bell Apostolic Bible College (formally Midwest Apostolic Bible College, established in 1975) exists to deliver unbeatable Christian centered education that strives to integrate the intellectual, spiritual, moral, ethical and social development of it s students. The D.R. Bell Apostolic Bible College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission International for Schools, Colleges and Theological Seminaries. We believe in one God and Creator of all things and that the fullness of the Godhead dwells in the Lord Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of the Father.
3 PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE DEGREE PROGRAMS PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION D.R. Bell Apostolic Bible College seeks to stimulate the pursuit of excellence; to encourage close spiritual relationship among its students through scholarly Biblical study; to provide counsel and assistance as the student matriculates through their collegiate years; and to develop excellent educational minds through quality instruction. We want to ensure that the rights of all individuals who desire more Christian responsibilities are provided, and that our students are served by a well prepared staff. We encourage institutional self-improvement. Through evaluation and our continuous efforts to grow and expand our student opportunities and campus facilities, we move forward with the vision and ultimate goal of developing a full campus with student dorms, administrative buildings, additional class rooms and new technology to better prepare students to serve and influence their communities and the world. Making Ends Meet The Bell Apostolic Bible College is aware of our nation s current economic status and we also understand the importance of continuing education, which is why we work to keep the cost of education affordable. What a student pays to earn a degree from Bell Apostolic Bible College is a fraction of the cost of other Bible institutions. In addition, we have a flexible payment plan. There is no minimum amount of credit hours a student has to take to be in good standing, therefore a student is able to take as many classes as they can afford. Bell Apostolic Bible College will provide a cost-effective education by maximizing the use of contemporary education technologies and a diverse and interactive staff and facilities. With our continuing efforts of networking with other accredited colleges to expand our academic programs and degrees, we can prepare students of all ages to face the worlds challenges and opportunities with a high value on being Christ-centered, academically excellent and globally connected.
