23 Chaperone Duties There are 2 teams of 4 students lead by an adult chaperone. Chaperones will be in charge of their designated group at all times. Every child in your group must be within your immediate supervision and accounted for at all times. Chaperones are responsible for the well being and safety of all students, at all times. Each chaperone is required to be part of watch duty during nights. Each Chaperone will have a roster of the kids in their group with their parent contact information. Chaperones will have a cell phone list to call if help is needed. Emergency calls can be directed to Mr. Conger (817) cell Mr. McCreight (817) cell Mr. Longley (817) cell

24 Student Expectations Students will show respect for all ILTexas staff and chaperones. Students will behave in a professional manner at all facilities visited along the trip. Hotel Rooms will be kept clean as would be expected at your own home. Use care when eating or drinking in restaurants. Throw away all trash on the bus, hotel rooms, and general dining areas whether it is your trash or not. Use electronic devices only when appropriate Respond immediately to the directions of ILTexas personnel or Chaperones. No overt, inappropriate public displays of affection. Maintain proper attire according to the ILTexas dress code.

All Medicine must be given by the parent to their campus Administrator that is going on the trip.
