2 AsiaCenter Venue Folder AsiaCenter, Europe s largest wholesale centre opened its gates in Budapest, on 7 March The USD 200 Million investment might not only extend the economic opportunities of the 15th district of Budapest and Hungary, but hopefully it will bring quality change in the European and Asian (mostly Far Eastern) commercial relations. At the same time the dreamers of AsiaCenter wished to build a cultural bridge between these two distant parts of the world. The Lens Both wings of AsiaCenter are topped with two imposing artifacts, the Lenses, made of glass. Visitors are overwhelmed by the spectacular landscape of these Lenses, where night-lights are reflected on the ultramodern glass walls and one can have a wonderful view to the hills of Buda and the adjacent cities to the capital during the day. Halls in the Lenses are the perfect place for organizing informal conversations, press conferences, professional conferences, meetings, auctions, projections, picture exhibitions, and because of their unique style they are also suitable for banquets, standing and seated receptions. Infrastructure AsiaCenter is situated on Szentmihályi út that you can find on the Northeastern border of Budapest. It is located near the M3 motorway but you can easily approach it from the city centre as well. Individual transport and conference travelling are facilitated by the well-coordinated parking system on the spot, both on the surface and underground. Sectioned parking during events is also feasible.
