Medical Technologist (Lab). QUALIFICATION: Essential: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and a two year Diploma Course in Laboratory Technology recognised by the Government of West Bengal. OR One year diploma course in Laboratory Technology from any University/Institution recognized by the Government of West Bengal; where basic qualification for undergoing the said course is B.Sc. Desirable: One year training after acquiring the Diploma in Laboratory Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Rules, AGE : Not more than 37 years on the date of interview. Remuneration : Rs.7,440/- (minimum of the PB-3 for the Medical Technologist) + Grade Pay Rs.3,600/- and other allowances as applicable. B. a) Medical Technologist (Radio Diagnostic). b) Medical Technologist (Radio Therapeutic). c) Medical Technologist (Critical Care). d) Medical Technologist (Audiology & Speech Therapy). e) Medical Technologist (Optometry). f) Medical Technologist (ECG) g) Medical Technologist (EEG/EMG) h) Medical Technologist (Cath Lab) QUALIFICATION: Essential: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and a two year Diploma Course in respective category recognised by the Government of West Bengal. Desirable: One year training after acquiring the Diploma in the concerned discipline as mentioned above recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Rules, AGE: Not more than 37 years on the date of interview. Remuneration : Rs.7,440/- (minimum of the PB-3 for the Medical Technologist) + Grade Pay Rs.3,600/- and other allowances as applicable. C. Librarian/Assistant Librarian. QUALIFICATION: Essential: Bachelor s degree in any discipline with diploma in Library Science from recognised University. AGE: Not more than 37 years on the date of interview. Remuneration : Rs.8,370/- (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs.3,900/- and other allowances as applicable.

The eligible candidates must report for interview for specified venue 30 minutes before the time as per the schedule to be placed in website afterwards. 2. The appointments would be on contractual basis for a period of six months or till regular candidate through Public Service Commission, West Bengal joined in the same post whichever is earlier; 3. The prescribed essential qualification are the minimum and mere possession of the same entitle the candidate to apply, but not for selection; 4. Such contractual service may be discontinued with one month s notice from either side; 5.
