NEW for August 04 - Motivate Sessions Motivate Sessions are a 30 or 60 minute individual coached workout lead by our Wellbeing Advisors. Suitable for anyone new to exercise right through to dedicated fitness fanatics. Our qualified Advisors will not only inspire you to achieve your goals, we also will educate you to maintain a sustainable long term program of exercise that will ultimately lead to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. To prevent injuries, it is important that you take part in the class warm-up. For this reason, you may not be able to take part in the class if you are more than five minutes late. Please make sure you are on time for the class. It is also important that you stay for the class cool-down. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know before the class starts. Please let your instructor know if there is anything that may affect your ability to do any part of the class, for example an injury or illness. Children are not allowed in the studio while classes are taking place. Wear clothing that is easy and comfortable to move in. Suitable footwear must be worn at all times.
