Jerry did not have a receipt, but all he wanted was for the dry cleaner to admit that he shrank the shirt. Joe, would have not only admitted that he did, but would have reimbursed the customer. In all my dealings with Joe, to include as a customer and in the business world of networking, I have found Joe to have the highest morals and values, which make him a person to which others should seek out to do business.
