7 Crankshaft inspection/renewal 06 Crankshaft inspection/renewal is one of our main activities. Phoenix Poland within last 9 years of experience and by training our service engineers get started specialized in crankshafts inspections / renewal and crankshaft grinding up to kg 8000 mm length. In 2013 Phoenix Poland has been involved in numbers of crankshaft renewal worldwide on different two and four strokes engines like: MAN, Mitsubishi, Yanmar, MAK, Daihatsu, Wartsila, Cat. Our major goals were as follow: Inspected the crankshaft-, Magnaflux and hardness checks on the shaft Mapping of crankpin hardness Annealing of damaged crankpin journal with resulting hardness <350Hb Dissembling all components,pistons, liners,cylinder heads etc. Prepare crankshaft for transportation Preparing the transportation way into deck Fabrication special tools for crankshaft transportation from/in the vessel Crankshaft grinding in our facilities or renewal Assembling all components Engine Run test Commissioning s and Class Approval

8 07 Electronics, automation and control system Phoenix Poland offers a range of services in the field of marine electronics, automation and control systems. Our engineers, equipped with high quality measuring devices, diagnose and repair faults on board, providing vessels with spare parts and replacements. Qualified workshop engineers reconstruct damaged PCB s and electronic modules. Our priority is to provide vessels with complex and high quality support. 9 Offshore maintenance services 08 Phoenix Poland provides experienced and high educated personnel as well as solutions to the clients in the upstream sector of oil and gas. The company was estabilished in 2005 as a service for marine engines and seven years later it started activity as offshore maintenance and service contractor. Since then, we have been working with our clients on building a long term relationship based on trust and respect for each other. We can provide fully qualified engineers trained in accordance with North Sea standards and regulations to any point of the world. Our last project carried on Atlantic Amsterdam Offshore Drilling Rig started in July 2012 and was successfully completed in April 2013 according to NORSOK standards. 10 09 Welders Phoenix Poland has experience in solving many marine repair problems from small tugs and barges to large ocean going vessels. Keeping deadlines of orders is our asset, too.
