You have to add the dimensions of the flashing to the dimensions of the solar-panel so you will get the ready mounted dimension of the whole solar-system.

3 ~ 0-2 cm 3 ~ cm Before starting with the mounting of the foreparts, the roof tiles which 0 will come under the foreparts have to be cutted like in the picture above. 02 6,0 mm ø 2 ~ cm The distance between roof tiles and the edge of the forpart has to be between 40 and 42 cm. The first forepart must be fixed with 4 screws and anchors The middle forepart (only necessary in the case of more than 2 panels) must be plugged in left forepart until the signed marks and then be fixed with 4 screws and anchors like the left forepart

4 4 2 6,0 mm ø 6,0 mm ø The right forepart must be plugged in the middle part (or left part in the case of 2 panels) in the same way as mentioned in pict. no. 04. Also fix it with 4 screws and anchors. After the foreparts are mounted, the next step is to fix the solar-panels. You must beginn with the left one and hook it in the flaps of the left forepart. On the left side it has to be one line with the signed mark on the left forepart as showed in picture no. 8. Details for the connection and fixation of the panels please take out of the 07 panel-mounting-instruction. 08

6 4 5 4 Before you fix the lower lateral-part you must fit the upper lateral part. The upper lateral part must be fitted on the panel and also fitted in the lower lateral-part. The upper part must cover the lower one, that the water cannot come in the roof. You must move down the upper-part until it hooks on the upper edge of the panel. 6 After the panels are fixed and connected the mounting of the lateralparts can be started. You beginn with the lower left part. The lower left 3 lateral part must be fitted to the panel as showed in the picture. 4 The right lateral parts must be mounted in the same way as the left ones. 6 x 6 After fitting the lateral parts they must be fixed with 6 fixationclips and screwnailanchors like showed in the picture

7 x The next step is to mount the upper connection-parts. You just hook them in the upper edge of the panel and put them down until they fit with the panel-surface and cover the lower connection-part The next step is to mount the lower connection-parts between the panels. You only hook them in panel-edge and put them down until they fit with the panel surface. 20

8 Before mounting the backparts you have to fit the support plates between the panels. They are just hooked in the upper edge of the panel and don t have to be fixed now. 2 5 The mounting of the back-parts starts with the left one. You have to fit it in the left lateral-part and hook it into the upper edge of the panel. Do 23 not fix the back-part now. 24 The middle back-part (only necessary for more than 2 panels) just has to be hooked in the uper edge of the panel. It has to be placed that it is exactly in the middle between the left and the next-coming right part.

9 ,0 mm ø The fitting of the right backpart works in the same way like the left back-part After all the backparts are fitted, they must be fixed with the coveryplates and the support-plates. You will find 3 holes in them. In the upper hole the screw must be drilled into the roof. In the other 2 holes you find a winding, please connect the plates as in the next picture shown. 4 2 x After fixing the covery-plates the left and the right back-parts must be fixed on the sides with 2 fixation-clips and screwnail anchors (2 left and 2 right)

10 2 x 3 x 3 x 3 x The backparts have to be fixed finaly with 3 screwnail anchors throug every back-part and the roof-construction as in the picture showed. The holes for this fixation must be drilled through the backparts and the roof construction. 4,5 mm ø+ 2 x 2 x Fixation with rivets: You have to fix the single parts with rivets on the points shown in the picture. There are only holes in the covering parts 3 so you have to drill so that you can place the rivets. 32 Around the lateral- and the backparts place foam-gascets like in the picture shown.

11 Pulire la tegola! - Clean tiles! - Nettoyer la tuile! - Limpiar la teja! Dachziegel reinigen! After you have cleaned the roof tiles, you form the aluminumapron to the roof-tiles and stick it on the cleaned roof tiles.
