AGRAR PROFILE SYSTEM NONFLAMMABLE LINE MSW Profile System with fire protection certificate = Nonflammable Profile System (NFPS) A special mixture of high-quality plastic material makes it possible to use our well-known Agrar Profiles for partitioning walls and produce them as nonflammable profiles. The Material Testing Institute of North Rhine-Westphalia classified the profiles as compliant with fire protection class B S3, d0 according to DIN EN :2010. This makes the profiles usable as partitioning walls and ready to install in the new buildings according to the fire protection guideline. Currently, a limit on the storage time of PVC bay profiles that are subject to direct sunlight does not exist. However, PVC profiles that are stored for several months or years and are subject to visual changes of the exterior surface, depending on the colour, as well as a decrease in impact resistance. These changes are due to photochemical conversions of the stabiliser that is added to the PVC material. However, that does not change the functionality of the material. 17 PIGLET COVER You can easily combine the MSW hinge and the heat built-up profile with the well-known 35 mm MSW Agrar Profile System. With this, there are almost no limits on how to design your piglet cover. Both are standard profiles and are available off-the-shelf in the colours light-grey and white. Depending on the size of your order, we will be happy to supply you with special-coloured paints. 18 DOOR LINE - MSW STABLE DOORS We offer a comprehensive program of MSW barnstable doors in a variety of designs. Compatible with our 35mm Agar Profiles, we have designed a stable door that uses the same profiles. These doors are available 850 mm as well as 1000 mm wide. You may select an array of colours, from light-grey, white, signal-blue, to white-green. The doors are delivered completely pre-assembled. When installed in a stable, they can be mounted to swing open from the left- or from the right-hand side. Upon request, different door sizes are also available. 19 WINDOW LINE - MSW PLASTIC STABLE WINDOWS ARE PART OF THE PROGRAM The MSW stable window program window line, offers high-quality windows made of plastic material. They are especially designed for the construction of stables. A 3-chamber plastic profile is used to make the barn window. The plastic tolerates all common effects typically found in a barnstable environment. The window is resistant to impact, deformation, and colour changes. All windows receive a 24 mm thick insulating glazing with a U-value of 1.1 (W/m²K). The installation depth is 58 mm. Plastic tilt and lever hinges open the window in three stages and provide the stable with ample ventilation and supply of fresh air. Our plastic windows are available in the following three variants: 1) window line FKW (tilt window, white) 2) window line FKF (tilt window with veneer => exterior in dark oak veneer) 3) window line FSW (fixed window, white) The plastic windows are available in standard dimensions.
