It comprises 4 high standard apartments of different sizes (sleeps in total), but the property can easily be rented as a whole villa with large first floor apartment living space used as a central area. The spacious interiors are very pleasant, equipped with stylish furniture and the idyllic location adds to the overall feeling of tranquility of the villa. Each apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy summer evenings with truly spectacular views out across the whole of Zupa Bay to Cavtat (also perfect if you are in a larger group but want a bit more privacy). The big pool and it s sunbathing terrace dominate the villa s outdoors and will certainly be a place you will spend a lots of your holiday should you choose to stay here! Relaxing on a sun lounger or bubbling away in the Jacuzzi area of the pool you cannot fail to relax here... There is also a Summer Kitchen set next to the pool complete with BBQ area and fridge. The villa is also only 15 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea and having BBQs (unlikely!) then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning old town or take a trip to one of the nearby islands.
