4 Mini refineries The Mini Refineries supplied by Kontrolmatik comprises Process Engineering, Design, all equipment Supply and field supervisory services, setting up the entire facility, commissioning, training, start-up assistance and tests. Advantages of Mini Refinery are; 1. Rapid regional solution, 2. Low cost invesment, 3. Returns of investment in the shortest time. In general our Mini Refiniries are designed to be self suficient and will be delivered as a complete package with a requiered Power Generator which burns the Light End Gas sourced and recyled from Off-gases and heavy products. The Mini Refinery capacity is selected for Investments of Private and/or Public Sector Groups, for rapid production of Primary Fuel Products, in order to meet the local needs. Crude oil supply Typical Crude oil Analysis that can be processed in the Mini Refinery are shown below for information. The Crude Oil Assay is the starting point of Mini Refinery design.

5 Flexible Approach & Maximum Quality KONTROLMATİK PRODUCTS Typical regular grade kerosene Color (Method ASTM D-156) shall not ne darker than 16 saybolt. Flash point (Method ASTM D-56) not less than 37.8 C minimum. Maximum sulfur content : %30 by weight Volatility ( Method ASTM D-86) Distillation: - 10% recovered- 205 C minimum - Final boiling point 300 C maximum Kerosene shall contain no more than a trace amounts of water, suspended water, or sediment. Viscosity, at 40 C (ASTM Method D-445) 1.0 cst minimum 1.9 cst maximum. Typical naphta Naphtha contains min 65 % Paraffines. The colour should not be darker than 20 Saybolt. R.V.P. to be max. 13 PSI. Maximum contents of : - Sulphur ; 650 ppm - Oxygenates ; 50 ppm Mercury not bigger than 13 ppb.
