Investor Award Recognising an investor who, through their vision and leadership, has been instrumental in the expansion of the global F&B market. Growth Award Awarded to the fastest-growing franchise or restaurant chain in the world, by site numbers/ revenues. Restaurant Technology Award This category will recognize the restaurant business that has best harnessed technology to improve business processes and profits. Social Gamechanger Award A category to showcase the best use of social media by a restaurant brand to engage with and grow its customer base. Sustainability Award A category recognizing the restaurant group taking the greatest steps towards sourcing, recruiting and trading with a commitment to its community and the wider world. Legend Award Awarded to an individual responsible for a concept or concepts that the concept that has changed the industry. Hotel Excellence Award Awarded to an individual hotel displaying exemplary food & beverage practice, in terms of offer and profitability. Regional Award Recognising an outstanding foodservice operation in the GCC region.
