5 Setting up your Phone or Internet Banking access is easy. Just drop into a branch or call our National Contact Centre on We ll give you a temporary password for Internet Banking and arrange for an Access code to be posted to you for Phone Banking. Then all you need to do is call and follow the prompts for Phone Banking access or log on to peopleschoicecu.com.au and click on the Internet Banking login. The first time you use your Phone or Internet Banking you ll be guided through a few simple steps and be asked to provide a few details for your own security. You ll also be asked to change your temporary password/ access code for one you create yourself. SMS Banking is another easy to use service designed to help you keep in touch with your finances by checking your accounts via your mobile phone. You ll need to have either Phone or Internet Banking set up to use this service, and can register for it under the SMS Banking menu at peopleschoicecu.com.au Once you ve registered for SMS Banking, you can have balances or transaction listings sent to your nominated mobile by texting our SMS Banking number Please note that you may be charged fees by your mobile phone carrier. When you re out and about having fun, taking care of business or indulging in a little retail therapy, it s good to know it s easy to grab some cash on the run or even live your life without the need to carry cash at all. ATMs ATMs offer convenient access to your money 24 hours a day. If you want to avoid direct charges, simply use the network of more than 3,600 direct charge free rediatms (including NAB and BOQ ATMs) across Australia. Your card is also accepted at any other ATM throughout Australia or through any ATM overseas displaying the Visa logo (Visa Debit cards) or Plus logo (redicards). If for any reason your card (or cards) is lost or stolen, you should cancel the card immediately, by calling our National Contact Centre on Use your phone to find your nearest rediatm. Your nearest rediatm is easy to find with our SMS locator or iphone App. To find your nearest rediatm with the SMS locator simply send a text with either your postcode or your suburb and state to ATM ( ). Within seconds you ll receive a return text message with the rediatm locations nearest to you. It s quick and easy and the only cost to you is the standard 55c SMS charge.* All this can be yours.
