7 GARLUX ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS FOR DOME LOGO REPRODUCTION Typesetting Text We can typeset letters or numbers to be used as artwork for the photo logo tops for $10.00(X). Art Services Retouching, reverses, or simple one color changes will be done for a fee of $25.00(G) per logo. Complex or multiple color changes will be done at a fee of $50.00(G) per logo. BARREL IMPRINTING--FOUNDER S COLLECTION ONLY One-Color Imprint Change of copy or ink color available at $10.00(X) per change. Two-Color Imprint - minimum of 100 units Additional set-up charge of $35.00(G) for second-color imprint. Running charge of $0.10(G) per piece. Change of copy or ink color is not available. LASER ENGRAVING--Standard Fonts Color Match for Imprinted Inks Mixing charge of $30.00(G) for new and repeat orders. Minimum of 250 units on initial order. Minimum of 100 units on repeat orders. On light colored barrels in our Colour Collection, such as pearl and golden, we encourage you to use dark tint engraving at $0.20(G) per piece. STANDARD FONT ENGRAVING ON WRITING INSTRUMENTS Colour, Revere, Tuscany, Monogram - If one line of text is repetitive, and the other varies within the order, a charge of $1.00(G) will be incurred to process the second line of copy for each pen. Signature Collection - All second lines of standard font engraving will incur an additional charge of $1.00(G) per line, per piece. Pricing for Standard Font Engraving on our Colour, Revere, Tuscany, Monogram and Signature Collection Pens. One Line - Always Free - repeat copy, unlimited copy changes or individual names Two Lines - 100% Repetitive copy: Free on the Colour, Revere, Tuscany, and Monogram Collections. $1.00(G) per line, per piece for the second line - Signature Series only. Two Lines - Any copy variations: $1.00(G) per line, per piece for second line on all Collections. Second line on opposite side of barrel: $1.50(G) per line, per piece. Third and Fourth Lines: $1.50(G) per line, per piece. Dark tint engraving for light-colored barrels in our Colour Collection is an additional $0.20(G) per piece. Optional Engraving Upgrade on the Founder s Collection Engraving charges will be $1.00(G) per piece for either one line of personalization or two lines of repetitive copy. LASER LOGO ENGRAVING ON WRITING INSTRUMENTS Options and Pricing For Laser Logo Engraving A one-time set-up charge of $30.00(G) will be charged the first time that you run a laser logo. Non-standard typestyles or fonts are considered a laser logo and are subject to the $30.00(G) set-up charge the first time each copy is run. Dark tint engraving for light-colored barrels in our Colour Collection is an additional $0.20(G) per piece. Engraving Copy Added to Laser Logo Copy Should you wish to add an extra line of copy, personalized or repetitive, in one of our standard engraving fonts, please add $1.50(G) per line, per piece. 5

This includes one or two lines of engraving in one of our standard fonts on the Colour, Revere, Monogram or Tuscany Collections. Only one line is included on the Signature Collection. The cost to add a one-color imprint in a standard ink color to the barrel of our Founder s Collection is $10.00(X). Gift Gallery Items: A custom sample of any lapel pin to be domed with a full-color photo logo will incur a sample charge of $12.00(X) plus the first quantity price of the item. Paper Proofs Available at $10.00(X) for barrel imprint copy on Founder s Collection pens. New Orders - Free Sample for Approval Credit The credit includes charges billed for: the price of one unit, one line of standard engraving text on metal items, the $10.00(X) cost of a one-color imprint on our resin barrel writing instruments and the $12.00(X) spec sample set-up charge. Drop Ship Drop Shipments to multiple destinations will be charged $5.00(X) plus freight for each location after the first, provided that catalog minimum quantities are met per location.
