VAT per person Based on 2 people sharing a room FREE DISCOVERY KIT Friday 21 November 2014 / 1st night (in a double room) in a «D design» hotel room including breakfast Right in the centre of Saint-Etienne, several «D design» rooms are available (from 2 to 4- stars) Breakfast and tourist tax are inclued in the price. / 10 am : guided tour of the Le Corbusier site in Firminy. Tour lasts 2 hours Take advantage of a guided tour of a site that unique in Europe. The largest architectural ensemble built by Le Corbusier including the Saint-Pierre church, a swimming pool a cultural centre and stadium. You will also visit a show apartment in one of the last and famous Living Units. The guided tour leaves from the Maison de la Culture. You can reach the Le Corbusier site by bus from Saint-Etienne Châteacreux railway station. / 3 pm : guided tour of the Musée d art moderne et contemporain. Tour lasts 1 and 1/2 hours / Dinner in a restaurant that has received a Commerce Design Partner award Dinner in a design gastronomic restaurant. Gourmet dinner including a starter, a main course and a dessert per person (beverages not included). The Musée d art moderne et contemporain plunges you straight into a world of contemporary creative art. The guided tour take in both the temporary exhibitions of work by well-known artists and the museum s prestigious collection ; the museum holds the 4th largest design collection in France. 5 / Booking and payment : Please contact us in advance to check availability Your booking will be effective as soon as we receive full payment by cheque (France) or international bank transfer (Europe) made to REGIE SAINT-ETIENNE TOURISME. No bookings will be made and no vouchers sent out unless payment is made in full. Tourism sales licence no.: IM , SIREN no.: Formation of the contract: Signing the acceptance or purchasing and/or booking slip mean that the customer has accepted these general terms of sale without restriction or reservation, as well as the specific terms of the partners involved. Saint-Etienne Tourisme provides information on its website to guide you in research. Descriptions and photographs are provided for guidance only, to give an idea of the nature and level of the service. If the customer considers that he/she does not have enough information relating to the package required, he/she may contact the pleasure tourism department for more information about the services offered. The service contract becomes final and binding once the customer has sent his payment by cheque to the tourist office. The Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole undertakes to send to the customer by or by post, at the latest before the beginning of the services, a booking confirmation, which he/she will be able to present to the service providers. Price and payment: Prices quoted and mentioned in the contract are in Euros, VAT included, but excluding delivery or issuance charges. Payment will be made by cheque sent by post in accordance with the booking arrangements set out above. Liability: As these are packaged services (all-inclusive, as described above), the Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole shall remain the customer s sole interlocutor and will be liable for the performance of the services ordered and the ensuing obligations. The customer therefore pays for the entire service directly to the Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole. The Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole may not be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of the services ordered or the failure to meet the obligations stipulated in the terms of sale in the case of fortuitous events, force majeure, improper performance or misconduct on the part of the customer, unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party who is not a party to the contract which interfere with or prevent the performance of this contract and the provision of the services. The duration of the services is stipulated on the quotation and in the contract. For the correct performance of the services, visitors are asked to arrive on the day and at the time mentioned in the contract. In the event of late arrival, postponement or a last minute hitch, the services will be not be refunded (except in the cases mentioned below). All booking being firm and final, so the services remain due and will not give rise to any refunds. Conditions of cancellation by Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole: When the Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole cancels the service, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full, immediately and without penalties. This provision will not apply when an amicable agreement is reached with the customer by which the latter accepts a replacement service proposed by the Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne Métropole. Conditions of cancellation by the customer: The Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne must be informed of any cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by to: resa@saint-etiennetourisme.com. Cancellation requests must clearly include the customer s reference information (surname and first name of the person who made the booking, booking reference, dates of the stay, contact details). - Cancellation of the accommodation at least 72 hours before the beginning of the event: If cancelled at least 72 hours before the beginning of the service, or if the customer fails to arrive, no refund will be given. 100% of the price will be retained (the time counted is on the expected day of arrival). - Cancellation of the services (guided tours, tickets, tourism products and services...) on a fixed date and time or long-validity: For admissions to tourist sites: no refunds will be given and tickets will not be exchanged. For tickets purchased through France Billet: no refunds will be given and tickets will not be exchanged. For the Ville d Art et d Histoire guided tours; refunds are possible if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the visit (time counted on the expected day of arrival); for leisure activities no tickets will be refunded or exchanged. For leisure activities: no refunds will be given and tickets will not be exchanged. - Cancellation of tourist packages: if cancelled at least 72 hours before the beginning of the event (time counted on the expected day of arrival), no penalties will be due and the tourist office will refund the amounts paid. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the beginning of the service, no refunds will be given. Disputes and handling of complaints: The Office de Tourisme de Saint-Etienne must be informed of any claims relating to a service provider by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by to: resa@saint-etiennetourisme.com. The parties will then attempt to find an amicable settlement, or failing that will refer to the general terms of sale.
