2 1. Applicatin Packaging Services 2. Service Descriptin The scpe f the packaging service will cnsist f all activities necessary t package applicatins in t MSI (Windws Installer) frmat t functin crrectly n the required platfrms. Each applicatin MSI will be: Created accrding t the installatin and cnfiguratin infrmatin supplied. Cmpiled as a single MSI file (and transfrm if applicable) which is r are able t install and un-install using the chsen deplyment tls. Edited accrding t Micrsft's Best Practices where apprpriate, as detailed in the Packaging Standards agreed by Camwd. Remediated t functin crrectly n the target platfrm(s). Camwd s experience has shwn that packaging applicatins in t MSI frmat significantly lwers the Ttal Cst f Ownership when a well-managed prtfli f applicatins has been deplyed within an custmer envirnment. Camwd s Packaging Services service can either be prvisined as an n-site delivered service, r remtely frm Camwd s ffice. If the service is delivered n-site, at the custmer s premises, Camwd will utilise a pre-existing envirnment which the custmer has made available with all the pre-requisites pre-cnfigured. Alternatively, if the service is t be delivered frm Camwd s ffice, a virtualised cpy f the prductin desktp build will be required fr Camwd will cmplete the Packaging Service. Quality Review (QR) The QR prcess Camwd will use in the packaging service is peer-t-peer testing and verificatin. All relevant dcumentatin and cmpliance checks are als verified in rder t pass the agreed quality criteria befre Camwd release that applicatin back t the custmer. Each applicatin is prvided with a 30 calendar day warranty perid cmmencing frm the day the cmpleted applicatin package is handed t the custmer fr final acceptance. 3. Service Definitin 3.1. Infrmatin assurance The Impact Level (IL) at which the G-Clud Service is accredited t hld and prcess infrmatin This service is nt accredited with an IL rating. 2

Camwd des nt currently hld a suitably scped ISO27001 certificate fr this service If this G-Clud Service is nt eligible fr accreditatin (i.e. IL0 services and mst Lt 4 Specialist clud services that d nt include infrastructure, platfrm, r sftware) then indicate the Impact Level (IL) fr infrmatin which yu believe the G- Clud Service may be used t prcess that infrmatin; If this G-Clud Service was eligible fr accreditatin we wuld reasnably expect this service t hld an IL rating f zer 3.2. Details f the level f backup/restre and disaster recvery that will be prvided The basis f this Service means that backup / restratin services are nt applicable t be prvided On-barding and Off-barding prcesses/scpe etc. Camwd typically mbilises services within 2-4 weeks f being in receipt f a cnfirmed purchase rder and rder frm frm a custmer. Camwd s Business Take-On representative will cntact the custmer t arrange the n-barding f all services and will ensure that all pre-requisites are in place, where apprpriate. Once all services have been cmpleted, Camwd s Business Take-On representative will cntact the custmer t ensure that an apprpriate hand ver / final cmmunicatin is shared between Camwd and the Custmer Pricing (including unit prices, vlume discunts (if any), data extractin etc.) Camwd prvide Applicatin Packaging services n a time & materials 595 per day. Where there is a requirement fr a large vlume f Packaing services t be cmpleted, Camwd will recmmend the ptimum number f resurces based upn the custmers requirements Service management details Please refer t the service descriptin in sectin 2. 3

Service cnstraints (e.g. maintenance windws, level f custmisatin permitted, schedule fr deprecatin f functinality/features etc.) Please refer t 3.13 Cnsumer Respnsibilities Service Levels (e.g. perfrmance, availability, supprt hurs, severity definitins etc.) There are n SLA s with the resurce based Packaging service, hwever it is reasnable t expect that each applicatin culd take the fllwing amunt f time t cmplete: Simple Applicatin: ½ - 1 day Standard Applicatin: 1-2 days Cmplex Applicatin: 3-5 days Highly cmplex applicatins can take in excess f 5 days due t the cmplexities, vlume f cmpnents r verall size r scale f this type f applicatin Financial recmpense mdel fr nt meeting service levels Nt applicable Training Training is currently nt featured in this service thugh this can be prvided and specified n a case by case basis Ordering and invicing prcess All prices quted are exclusive f VAT and expenses. Wrk will cmmence frm the date this dcument is signed and a purchase rder is received. Invices are raised mnthly, payment terms are 30 days frm date f invice Terminatin terms By cnsumers (i.e. cnsumptin) Shuld the client/cnsumers wish t cancel any wrk, it must give Camwd a minimum f 30 days ntice in writing. The Client will pay Camwd any utstanding fees and expenses that are due within the terminatin perid By the Supplier (remval f the G-Clud Service) Shuld Camwd wish t remve any Services / Service Definitins frm the Services Catalgue, Camwd will d s with 30 days ntice Data restratin / service migratin The basis f this Service means that data restratin / service migratin are nt applicable t be prvided. 4

Cnsumer respnsibilities General Assumptins: The fllwing lists the elements f a cmpleted applicatin Discvery required fr MSI packaging: Applicatin Dependencies Installatin & Cnfiguratin instructins Surce Media UAT Scripts (Multiple Use Cases) Target Platfrm (e.g. Windws 7 r 8, Windws Server 2008, Citrix XenApp) All required applicatin discvery infrmatin fr the target applicatins will be supplied, prir t any Packaging service. Packaging standards and prcesses are currently implemented either by the custmer, r in cnjunctin with Camwd. The existing standards and prcesses that packaged applicatins must adhere t will be supplied prir t cmmencement f the Packaging Service. Applicatins Packaged will be passed t the custmer fr User Acceptance Testing. All packaging will be carried ut at Camwd s ffices in Lndn, r n site at the custmer s lcatin Technical requirements (service dependencies and detailed technical interfaces, e.g. client side requirements, bandwidth/latency requirements etc.) The client will be respnsible fr the prvisin f all apprpriate sftware and hardware. Access t custmer site is Mnday t Friday frm The client will prvide security clearance and access t the n-site envirnment fr all service persnnel. The fllwing will be cmpleted by the cnsumer/client in accrdance with Camwd s technical prerequisites: Prvisin and cnfiguratin f infrastructure Prvisin and accessibility f file strage space Prvisin, installatin and cnfiguratin f Packaging/Sequencing tls Prvisin, installatin and cnfiguratin f functinal envirnments (Virtual r Physical) Details f any trial service available A trial fr this service is nt available. 5
