3 INSTALLATION & SETUP To access the Harbortouch Sales Center, log into the Interactive ISO System, place your cursor over ISO Materials and click on Harbortouch POS from the dropdown menu. The link to download the Sales Center is now listed under Important Links. Once you have downloaded the software, you will see this screen prompting you to install it on your computer. Press Install. When this pop-up screen appears, press Run. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 1

4 INSTALLATION & SETUP When this pop-up screen appears, press Run. When this pop-up screen appears, press Install. The Harbortouch Sales Center download will then begin. You can view the progress of the download on this screen. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 2

5 INSTALLATION & SETUP Enter your Interactive ISO System username and password to login. You will need to be online the first time you login to validate this information. The program will open to your My Profile page. You will have to enter your information into this screen to set up the Sales Center. 1. Name Enter first and last name. 2. Office Code Enter your United Bank Card ISO office code/office ID. 3. Rep Code Enter your UBC rep code. 4. Address Enter your address. 5. Cell Phone Provider Select your cell phone provider from the dropdown box. 6. Cell phone number Enter your cell phone number. 7. Time Zone Select your time zone from the dropdown box. 8. Signature Line Enter the information you would like to appear on the bottom of your merchant quotes. This should be similar to your signature line or the information you have on your business cards. 9. MBF Vendor Name Enter your MBF Leasing vendor name. This will be used if you lease a terminal through the Sales Center software. 10. MBF Vendor Code Enter your MBF Leasing vendor code. This will be used if you lease a terminal through the Sales Center software. 11. Username Confirm your username. 12. Password Confirm your password. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 3

6 INSTALLATION & SETUP Once you have completed your profile, you will be brought to the home screen. You can return to this screen at any time by clicking on the United Bank Card logo in the upper left of the application. The links across the upper right of the screen are areas that allow you to customize your Sales Center software. The links on the left side are the links that you will use to sell Harbortouch and board a new merchant. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 4

7 FEATURES MY PROFILE By clicking on the My Profile link in the top right, you will be brought back to the page where you first set up your information. You can edit your information as necessary. Your IIS username and password are required to save any changes to your information. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 5

8 FEATURES DEFAULT PRICING By clicking on the Default Pricing link in the top right, you will be brought to this screen. Here, you can enter default merchant pricing and fees into your quote generator. This information will auto-populate into your quotes and can be used to expedite the quote building process. You will be able to edit this pricing when creating each quote on an individual basis. Please note the tabs at the top that allow you to enter default pricing for 2 tier, 3 tier, 4 tier and Interchange Plus pricing. Click Submit Changes once you have edited each page. INTERACTIVE ISO SYSTEM (IIS) This link in the top right is simply a link to the IIS. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 6

9 FEATURES HARBORTOUCH DEMO > 3D DEMO When you click on Harbortouch Demo on the left of the page, you will automatically come to the 3D demo page. This provides a three dimensional view of the Harbortouch equipment. The system can be rotated by using the arrows on either side or by simply clicking and dragging on the picture. HARBORTOUCH DEMO > SALES VIDEO HARBORTOUCH SALES VIDEO This page allows you to view illustrated sales videos which can be shown to a merchant during the sales process. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 7

10 FEATURES HARBORTOUCH DEMO > VIDEO TUTORIALS This page allows you to demonstrate the Harbortouch POS software to merchants via your computer. Column 1 allows you to show them a narrated video on how to use various features in the software. Column 2 allows you to experience an interactive demo that allows the user to click through the demo simulating the actual Harbortouch software in a live environment. HARBORTOUCH DEMO > MARKETING SLICKS This page allows you to show marketing slicks during a sale and also gives you the ability to the marketing slicks to potential merchants with a customized message. This can be done by clicking on the checkbox next to the appropriate slicks and then clicking on the Send button. After clicking Send, this screen will appear. You will be able to customize your message and send it to the recipient of your choice. By clicking Send the system will your message to the recipient and CC the address you have provided in your My Profile page. You must be connected to the internet in order to send . HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 8

11 FEATURES QUOTE GENERATOR Click on the quote generator to begin a merchant quote. To start a new quote, click the New Quote button. QUOTE GENERATOR > MERCHANT INFO This page is where you will enter the prospective merchant s information. * is extremely important to fill out when ordering an ECR/POS system. An incorrect address could delay deployment of hardware. Click Shipping address is different than business address if applicable. Click Next when ready to proceed to the Equipment tab. 12 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > EQUIPMENT This page allows you to configure the merchant s required hardware. Select Click here to add system to begin. This window will pop up allowing you to select from a Harbortouch POS system, standalone credit card terminals or terminal reprogram. Press Cancel to close the window. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 10

13 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > EQUIPMENT (continued) After clicking on Harbortouch, this page allows you to select the Harbortouch base package you would like to order. Simply enter the number of systems you would like in the quantity field. If selecting a retail system, select whether a barcode scanner is required. Select if the merchant needs cable drops. One standard cable run (up to 10 feet) is included with each base package. Select if you need a router. Click Next to proceed to the accessory options. Select the accessories needed. Click Next once all required accessories have been added. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 11

14 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > EQUIPMENT COSTS This page will show all of the costs associated with the hardware selected so far. Click Finish to continue to the equipment overview page. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 12

15 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW 1. You can add additional equipment to the quote by pressing Click here to add system. 2. Press the pencil icon next to a piece of equipment to edit the selection. 3. Press the red X icon to remove a piece of equipment from the quote. 4. Select whether you would like to add 50 free gift cards to the order. 5. Select shipping method (this will affect the shipping price). 6. Select if the merchant needs a manual imprinter. An additional charge will apply. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 13

16 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > SETUP 1. Select whether the quote is for a new or existing business. If new is selected, you won t be asked for current volumes and pricing. If existing is selected, you will be asked for current volumes and pricing. The system will then do a cost comparison. 2. Select which tier pricing you would like to place the merchant in. Select Next when you are ready to continue. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 14

17 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE GENERATOR > RATES Enter the rates/fees you would like to charge the merchant. Note: If you filled out your default pricing, this screen will auto-populate with those rates and fees. You can make changes to those rates here. Once the quote is complete, you will see this congratulations window confirming that the quote has been created. Press Ok to continue. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 15

18 QUOTE GENERATOR QUOTE IS COMPLETE You will be returned to the main quote generator dashboard. You can get back to this page at any time by clicking on the quote generator icon on the left of the screen. From this screen, you can access your existing quotes or begin a new quote by clicking on the New Quote button. Existing quotes: 1. By clicking on the A icon next to a quote, you can fill out the merchant application for that merchant. 2. The PDF icon allows you to view the quote as a PDF. You can print this PDF or save it on your computer. 3. The envelope icon allows you to the quote to the merchant. 4. The pencil icon allows you to edit the quote. 5. The red X icon allows you to delete the quote. Press Finish when complete. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 16

19 MERCHANT APPLICATION MERCHANT APPLICATION > BUSINESS INFO Once you click on the icon to create a merchant application, you will be brought to this screen. On this page, you will enter the merchant s information. Some of this information may auto-populate from the quote. If the DBA address is different than the legal address, you will be required to fill out the DBA address below this information. Click Next to continue. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 17

20 MERCHANT APPLICATION MERCHANT APPLICATION > EXTERNAL BUSINESS INFO Enter all appropriate business information. Please remember to scroll down and fill out all the required fields or you will be unable to continue. Click Next once all required information has been filled out. MERCHANT APPLICATION > OWNER INFO On this page, you will enter the business owner s personal information. When selecting percentage of ownership 50% or less, you will be required to select that there is a second owner and enter all of their information as well. Select Next to proceed. 21 MERCHANT APPLICATION > BANK INFO Enter all of the merchant s banking information here. It is very important to be accurate when entering this information as this is where their money will be deposited. Select Next to proceed. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 19

22 MERCHANT APPLICATION MERCHANT APPLICATION > ATTACHMENTS If you have an eligible photograph or scanned image of the required documents, you can upload them here. Alternately, you can fax these materials to or them to Select Next to proceed. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 20

23 MERCHANT APPLICATION MERCHANT APPLICATION > COMPLETE APPLICATION This page allows you to show the merchant all of the documents they need to sign. To view each document, click the blue link next to the appropriate item. The merchant must mark the checkbox next to each document to signify that they have viewed that document. The ISO must provide a signature to verify the site survey by clicking on the Sign button next to ISO and sign using the mouse, touchscreen, or signature capture pad. The Principal (merchant) must also sign in the same manner, verifying that they have read all required documents and agree to all terms. Press Finish when complete. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 21

25 MERCHANT APPLICATION MERCHANT APPLICATION > STORED APPLICATIONS Stored Applications: The stored applications page allows you to access your merchant applications. These can be sent to UBC with an internet connection. 1. Merchant - Lists the business name. 2. Created - Date application was created. 3. Updated - Date the application was last edited. 4. Uploaded - Timestamp of when the application was uploaded to UBC. 5. Actions - Allow you to view PDF version of the application or delete an application. 6. To submit an application to UBC, first click on the application you wish to send or click Select All. Once selected, the application(s) will turn orange as shown here. Next, click the Send button. You will be asked to confirm. Click Ok to submit the application. HARBORTOUCH SALES CENTER 23
