4 4 ENGINE COMPONENTS RECONDITIONING With the state-of-the-art equipment and procedures we provide our customers with quality and cost-saving solutions. We specialise in reconditioning main and auxiliary engine components such as: - Cylinder covers/heads - Piston crowns - Exhaust valve spindles/seats and housing - Piston skirt and valve cages - Chroming and grinding of piston rods, shafts and more - Defric coating of AE cast iron pistons Our facilities include: - A full range of PTA, MIG and TIG welding machines, weld positioners and manipulators - A grinding machine that is able to grind piston ring grooves of 4mm and above - Four chrome tanks each at 3mL by 4mD - Huge furnace for pre and post heat treatment of components

5 5 We are well-equipped to provide our customers with these services: - Defric coating of auxiliary engine piston crowns - Reconditioning and repairing of cylinder covers, piston skirt, piston crown, exhaust valve seat, cage, and spindle, and other marine engine components - Reconditioning, repairing and chrome plating of piston rods - Pre-grinding, chrome plating and final grinding of piston crown and exhaust valve spindle of all sizes and engines - Annealing services for all components

6 MARINE MECHANICAL SERVICES We specialise in removing, overhauling, servicing, repairing, refitting, aligning and testing of all marine mechanical equipments. Hydraulic Ram/Motors Vane and piston type motors, and vane, gear and piston pumps and their control systems. Hydraulic Winches Mooring, anchoring, towing, lifeboat, dagger and deck crane winches. Gear Boxes Propulsion, dragging pump, winch, cargo pumps and clutch (air, mechanic and hydraulic). Pumps Centrifugal, screw, gear, ballast, multi-stage and submersible pumps for LPG and chemical tankers.

Balancing of Impellers of all types and makes and for various kinds of Pumps Fans for all kinds of equipment. Deck Machinery and Deck Cranes We remove, refit, overhaul, reinstall and conduct functionality tests for all deck machineries.

8 MARINE ELECTRICAL SERVICES Generators Overhaul and synchronise auto or manual load sharing systems onsite and/or at the workshop. Motors Repair, overhaul and rewind motors on site and/or at the workshop. We also modify and troubleshoot motors and conduct no-load testing, hi-pot testing and surge voltage comparison tests. Protection Equipment Install and commission protection devices, test all panel meters and conduct: - ACB & MCCB breakers primary or secondary current injection tests - Over current tests - Reverse power tests - Under voltage tests - Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) tests

10 MARINE AUTOMATION & INSTRUMENTATION SERVICES FPSO Pre-commission FPSO instrumentation and control system and loop check of complete control system on board. Panel Designing and Commissioning Design and commission: - Distribution panels - Generator control and monitor panels - Starter panels for motors and pumps - Synchronising main switch boards Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems Troubleshoot and analyse control and safety valves; monitor and control systems such as cranes, lifts, actuators and pumps. We also conduct tests on process and loop parameters and safety devices.

12 MACHINING We are one of the leading companies in laser alignment (shaft, bore and level alignment), in situ boring, facing of the ship s stern tubes, rudder trunks, steering flats, winch pedestal bearings and crane columns; and heel pin bearing housings.
