9 Strengthening Financial Institutions Success / Achievements During 3 years in operation, KIAsia s BTP program has assisted 7 private Thai-owned commercial banks and 6 state-owned banks. Trained more than 22,000 banking officers including top management, middle management, and operational staff with practical knowledge and interactive training.
10 Strengthening Financial Institutions Success / Achievements (cont d) All of the Thai banks share the cost of the program; each contributes at least 20% of the total cost of the assistance it receives. Each institution designed its own training curriculum with guidance from KIAsia. Train the Trainee.
