1 How to Follow Up with Leads from thesbcsystem.com Our Simple, Proven Process: 1. Get Traffic 2. Get Leads 3. Call the Leads Immediately 4. Get them on the Conference Calls 5. Sign them up OR 3-way call with sponsor or upline to answer questions and close This process is proven to work and has built enormous organizations. Follow the steps, make mistakes, get better at it and you will succeed! The entire purpose of the initial call is to let them know you are a real person and to invite them to one of the live recorded calls. We are not trying to pitch and close them on the initial call - we are simply establishing a RELATIONSHIP with the person so that we can guide them on their tour of Skinny Body Care. You want to call AS SOON AS THE LEAD COMES IN. It s great if you can reach them when they are still on your website. Don t let your leads sit for a couple days and then call - call immediately! Script Hi, this is (YOUR FULL NAME) and I m trying to reach (THEIR FIRST NAME). Are they available? Once they are on the phone say: Hi (THEIR FIRST NAME)! This is (YOUR FULL NAME) and I m calling really quickly because I saw you were on my Skinny Body Care site. I just wanted to say Hello and to let you know I m a real person and this isn t some sort of internet deal and then laugh. If they laugh with you, the ice is broken. If they don t, well you know might be a tough call... Am I catching you with some time to talk? If they don t have time, schedule to talk with them later. Great! Were you able to look over the site a bit? Are there any burning questions you have for me from what you ve been able to look at so far or general questions you have for me?
2 You then want to get them talking about themselves. I then ask them the following question, So I guess you are looking for a way to develop additional income. Have you tried anything else to make money from home or online? Get to know your prospect. Ask questions and listen. Don t just barf all of your knowledge all over them. Use questions like: What are you looking to achieve with online marketing? Are you looking for a short-term or long-term solution? Have you tried anything in the past with online marketing? How did that go? Have you ever run your own business? What skills do you have that you feel would be good for you if you started a home business? Anything to get the person talking so you can get to know them! That s how you ll build a relationship and trust so they will join you! Listen and acknowledge what they say. This is a part of establishing communication with them so you start to build a relationship. Let the conversation go where it does, but remember that before you leave the call you need to schedule them for one of the conference calls. Talk, have fun, be yourself! After that say: Well I want to invite you on to a conference call on either Monday or Thursday night. Which night would work better for you? Schedule them for one of the following calls: 9:00PM CST / 10:00PM EST - Call: PASSCODE # 7:00PM CST / 8:00PM EST - Call: PASSCODE # After they figure out a good night, you want to EDIFY (build up the credibility of or say something good about or praise) the presenter on the call. This will help to ENSURE your prospect will come to the call with you. If they are coming to the Monday Call say: I m glad you can make it on Monday night as one of my favorite presenters is talking. You ve got to hear what this guy has to say as he has created massive success for himself and a ton of other people. I m calling because I saw you were on my Skinny Body Care site and I just wanted to say Hello and to let you know I m a real person and this isn t some sort of internet deal. I guess you re looking for ways to develop additional income and I ve been working online with a great system, so can probably help you out. I look forward to meeting you and seeing what you re trying to achieve and how I can help you get there. Give me a call at (YOUR NUMBER) when you have some time to talk. Thanks and make it a great day! AFTER THE CONFERENCE CALL: Ask the person: What did you like best about the call? If the person is ready to sign up SIGN THEM UP!! Send them your link so they can get started. If they have questions it s 3-way call time with your sponsor or upline. Send them your link to sign up or 3-way to upline if they have lots of questions. (See 3-way script by Jon Gillardi at end of this document.)
5 Couple Important Things to Remember 1. Make sure to keep a record of hot prospects from the people you talk to so you can follow up with them. Make lots of NOTES in your Skinny Body Care back office. Make it a point to call through ALL of your hot prospects on Monday and Thursday and invite them to the conference calls that night! Do it every week to they are either IN OR OUT!! 2. Some calls will NOT GO WELL. 3. Regarding point #2 Some will, some won t, so what, someone s waiting NEXT! 4. You can t say the right thing to the wrong person and you can t say the wrong thing to the right person. 5. You only lead ONE GOLD PACK per batch of traffic you buy to be PROFITABLE so rock and roll! 3-Way Calls and Edification This is the most important step and often the most un-utilized tool in network marketing. But when you get good at this one SIMPLE tool, you will be a master at signing people up and will work LESS because you are using the power of the TEAM to build your organization. The 3-way call usually comes AFTER the person has been to a conference call and has looked at information regarding the company. The key to doing an effective 3-way is to EDIFY (build up or praise) your upline or partner so that they will be an expert in the mind of the prospect. It is HIGHLY effective and has been proven time and time again to create that extra spark that is needed to get people to take action and get started right away! Make sure to get with your upline (or keep going upline till you find an effective persona at 3-way calls) and get a short Bio from them that you can use to properly set up the call. Three Way Call Steps 1. Call your upline and either set aside a block of time when you are going to call prospects and make sure they are available to receive your calls as they come in. Alternately, schedule a time to do the call with your upline. 2. Use your uplines bio to interest the prospect in coming on the conference call. Say the following (this is a general bio you can use): I want to schedule a conference call with you and my mentor and coach in Skinny Body Care Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. UPLINE S NAME (always be formal and use the Mr. or Mrs. or Ms.). He/She s an amazing individual who is dedicated to helping other people become successful with this company! They are working hard to develop an amazing team and are always available to help me with anything I need in the company. Because of Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. UPLINE S NAME, I am in business for myself, but definitely not BY myself! Let me see if I can get them on the phone (or schedule a time).

Once on the call, introduce your upline by giving a short bio again and then say something about your prospect to your upline as well like, This is PROSPECT S NAME that I have been talking to you about. She/He has been checking out Skinny Body Care and I think he/she would make an awesome addition to our team! And then turn the call over to your upline and BE QUIET! Let your upline do all the work for you! 4. The upline will also reverse edify you and say, YOUR NAME is a great leader with the company and is building a great team of distributors.
