Passes are only valid in the year issued. Refunds or rain checks are not issued in the event of inclement weather. Register online at: register.communitypass.net/holmdel or Completed Application accepted through the mail or in person at the Recreation Office (Town Hall, 4 Crawfords Corner Rd). 2. Proof of Residency: HOLMDEL RESIDENTS ONLY (Required Annually) must show current proof of residency (utility bill, lease, rental agreement or mortgage coupon book). Copies must be included when joining online or by mail. 3. Payment in full, checks payable to: HOLMDEL SWIM CLUB (CASH, CHECK OR VISA,MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) 4. NEW APPLICANTS ONLY: Proof of age must be provided for all children and seniors listed on application (birth certificates, passports, or religious documents). PHOTO ID CARDS REQUIRED TO ENTER SWIM CLUB. 5. IMPORTANT FOR 2015 Membership ID Cards: Returning members who join for 2015 will use the same ID cards as ID s will be activated when you register for this season. There is $10 fee for any lost cards. Only NEW members will need to have an ID card picture taken for the 2015 season ID PHOTOS MONDAY FRIDAY, 10 am to 4 pm at the Recreation Office. 7 SWIM TEAM INFORMATION REGISTRATION: $80/first child (Swim Club Members) $65/additional child (Swim Club Members) OR $245/resident (Swim Team ONLY) $270/non-resident (Swim Team ONLY) $50.00 volunteer work bond.* *Please note: the swim team and meets are run by parent volunteers. All parents are asked to help out and volunteer at meets. The fee will be refunded at the end of the season provided you have met the volunteer duties REFUNDS ARE GRANTED ONLY IF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SWIM TEAM CANNOT BE MET REGISTRATION ENDS JUNE 2ND GENERAL INFORMATION Swim Team is for children age 6 & up. Children 16 & under are not permitted to be dropped off at the Swim Club by themselves. An adult must be responsible for them at all times. Everyone must exit the club at 10:45am. Meets are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Practices are held Monday-Friday mornings. SWIM LESSON INFORMATION NEW CLASS DESCRIPTIONS FOR 2015 LESSONS ARE FOR MEMBERS ONLY Ages 3 10 $50/child Eight (8) thirty minutes class Classes held Monday-Thursday (rain date Friday) Classes held 9:00-9:30am; 9:40-10:10am; 10:15-10:45am Sessions: June 29 July 10; July 13 July 24; July 27-August 7 Class Sizes are limited Register Early!
