Control line connections: Two compression fittings for tubes with an outer diameter of 8 mm (special version: for tubes with an outer diameter of 10 or 12 mm). Orifice plate To create a differential pressure p Required when using a differential pressure regulator as a flow regulator Available in sizes DN 15 to 300 Material: Stainless steel The orifice bore diameter (d) is calculated using the technical data. The orifice plate is mounted between the inlet flange of the differential pressure regulator and an additional welding neck flange (see picture on the right.) 2 Double adapter To connect a second control thermostat or a second actuator. The double adapter is mounted between the bellows housing and the actuator. It is used for control by a second variable, e.g. to control or limit the temperature (see Data Sheet T 3019 EN for details about the double adapter). The overall height of the regulator increases correspondingly. Fig. 7 Double adapter We recommend using a stainless steel tube 8 x 1 mm as a control line. Optionally, various regulator types are available with control lines needle valves, and condensation chambers already assembled to the regulators as illustrated in Fig. 8 Control lines with accessories (arrangement according to drawing x ). The designation in parentheses (x) applies to valves balanced by a diaphragm.
