1 DcuSign Quick Start Guide DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin v1.0 The DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin is designed fr cmpanies wh need a lightweight way t replace utdated paper sign in sheets in the lbby f their business. Traditinal Paper sign in/sign ut prcesses leave a lt t be desired. They dn't have a gd way fr the persn signing in t see what they are agreeing t, they dn't ffer an easy way t see wh is still in the building fr the frnt desk attendant, and they dn't handle signing ff n imprtant NDAs easily. The DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin is designed t slve all f these prblems. The DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin is run n a server cntrlled by the custmer, and is built t be easy t cnnect t the custmer's existing DcuSign accunt. It allws yu t easily rute visitrs t the crrect prcess fr signing in and can be run n any device n the lbby desk. It culd be an ipad, a desktp, r any tuch device. DcuSign's Lbby Management Applicatin is a lightweight, easy way t simplify the pains f a traditinal frnt desk experience. This guide prvides infrmatin fr the DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin v 1.0. Nte: The DcuSign Lbby Management Applicatin is pen surce sftware and is pen fr custmizatin, but des nt include a DcuSign Integratr Key. After custmizing yur versin f the Lbby App, yu must get a DcuSign Integratr Key and g thrugh API certificatin befre ging live with the custmized versin f the Lbby App. Yu can get an Integratr Key in yur dem.dcusign.net develper accunt DcuSign web cnsle (G t Preferences, click API and click get Integratr Key). Installing the Lbby Management Applicatin 1. Dwnlad the Lbby App zip file frm the DcuSign website and unzip the file int flder. Nte: If yu are using a Debian Linux based system (such as Ubuntu), yu must install sme prerequisite sftware. Frm the cmmand line type: sud apt-get install ndejs npm git g++ make ant libsqlite3-dev Cntinue with the installatin. 2. Frm the cmmand line, g t the flder and type ant install. Example: If yu unzipped the lbby app t a flder named lbby, frm the cmmand line yu wuld type: cd lbby/ ant install 3. T run the app frm the cmmand line type: nde app. 4. Pint yur brwser t: Nte: If yu want t use a prt number ther than 3000, add the prt infrmatin when running the app. Example: If yu want t use prt 31415, frm the cmmand line yu wuld type: PORT=31415 nde app

2 2+ If the prt number is less than 1024, yu must prepend the cmmand with sud. T use prt 80, frm the cmmand line yu wuld type: sud PORT=80 nde app Using the Lbby Management Applicatin The Lbby App asks a visitr t type their first name and last name t start the sign in prcess. The visitr is then asked t select a reasn fr their visit. Depending n reasn selected, the visitr is taken thrugh a series f ne r mre pages that might ask fr additinal infrmatin and have them sign dcuments (such as a nn-disclsure agreement). Nte: The available reasns and pages shwn when a reasn is selected depend n the ptins set fr that reasn by the administratr. After the visitr has entered all the needed infrmatin, they are returned t the Welcme page.

3 3+ When a visitr is leaving, they fllw the same prcess f typing their first name and last name. The system recgnizes the visitr s name and ask them if they wuld like t sign ut. If the visitr selects t sign ut, the system signs them ut and updates the lg. Administering the Lbby App The Lbby App Administratr Menu allws the administratr t change the app settings, review the sign-in/sign-ut histry, edit the visit reasns and view/edit the visitr hsts. T access the Administratr Menu, pen yur brwser, g t: and enter the administratr passwrd. Nte: The default passwrd fr the app is: secret123. This passwrd can be changed when changing settings. It is recmmended that yu change the administratr passwrd fr yur app.

4 4+ After signing in, the Administratr Menu is shwn. Click n the apprpriate blck t access the menu item. The ptins in each menu item are explained belw. Changing Settings This page lets yu change the settings fr the Lbby App. There are three basic sectins t this page: App Page Settings, DcuSign Envirnment Settings and Lbby App Passwrd Settings. The ptins in each sectin are described belw. Click Back t return t the Administratr Menu. The App Page Settings sectin allws yu t change: Cmpany name: This is the name shwn at the tp f the Welcme page. Type name and click Update t change the name. Cmpany lcatin: The lcatin shwn adjacent t the cmpany name at the tp f the Welcme page. Type a lcatin and click Update t change the lcatin. This can be left blank. Cmpany lg: The image shwn in the upper right f the Lbby App pages. The lg file must be a.png file. Type the file lcatin r use the Brwse buttn t find the file and then click Update t change the image. The maximum image size is 1MB. Idle time: The amunt f time, in secnds, until the app autmatically returns t the Welcme page if there is n user actin (fr example, if the setting is 60 and a visitr enters their name, clicks Next and then des nt take any actin fr 60 secnds, the app will return t the Welcme page). Type the time and click Update t change the setting. The DcuSign Envirnment Setting sectin allws yu t change: DcuSign envirnment: Use the drp-dwn list t select the DcuSign Envirnment t which the Lbby App is pinting. This is imprtant if the Lbby App will use templates in the Visit Reasn settings.

5 5+ DcuSign accunt name: This is the name f a user fr the selected DcuSign accunt. If the Lbby App will use templates in the Visit Reasn settings, the user must have access t the template. DcuSign accunt passwrd: The passwrd fr the user entered abve. Test DcuSign cnnectin: Click this buttn t check t see if the envirnment, accunt name and passwrd cmbinatin is crrect. If it is crrect, a green checkmark is shwn. If it is nt crrect, a red X is shwn. Update DcuSign accunt infrmatin: Click this buttn t change the DcuSign Envirnment settings. The Lbby App Passwrd Settings sectin allws yu t change the administratr passwrd. T change the passwrd: Type the new passwrd in bth fields and click Update t change the passwrd. Sign-in/Sign-Out Histry This page lets yu view the Sign-in and Sign-ut histry in the Lbby App. Yu can als sign ut any visitrs that have nt signed ut thrugh the app. The initial page view shws the visitr lg fr the current date. Yu can change the date yu are viewing by clicking the Date and using the calendar functin t select the date yu want t view. Yu can sign ut a visitr by clicking Sign Out. The system recrds the current time as the Sign-Out Time and remves the buttn. Yu can select hw many entries shwn n the page using the Shw drp-dwn list. Yu can srt the visitr lg by clicking n the apprpriate heading item. Click Back t return t the Administratr Menu.

6 6+ Editing Visit Reasns This page lets yu view, add, edit and delete Visit Reasns. The Visit Reasns are shwn n the secnd page a visitr sees when signing in. T add a new Visit Reasn: Click the Click t add a new rw link. A new rw is added with (click t edit) in each clumn. Click in a clumn t mdify the settings fr the Visit Reasn. T edit a Visit Reasn: Reasn: This is the text shwn in the Visit Reasn buttn. Access Key: This is nt used in the current versin. Shw Cmpany Page?: If this is set t 1 the page asking the visitr t enter their cmpany and title is shwn. The title is nt required t g t the next page. Set the clumn t 0 t bypass the cmpany/title page. Template ID: If yu want the visitr t sign r review a dcument, such as a nndisclsure agreement, enter the DcuSign Template ID f the dcument(s) the visitr shuld sign r review. Leave this clumn blank if the visitr des nt need t review r sign any dcuments. Shw Hst Page?: If this is set t 1 the page asking the visitr t enter the name f the persn they are visiting is shwn. The visitr is required t enter a name and the name must match ne that is listed in the Hsts page. An message is sent t the hst infrming them the visitr has signed in. Set the clumn t 0 t bypass the hst page. Shw Badge Page?: If this is set t 1 the page asking the visitr t enter their badge number is shwn. Set the clumn t 0 t bypass the badge page. Find the Visit Reasn yu want t edit. Click in a clumn t mdify the settings fr the Visit Reasn. See the clumn infrmatin abve fr infrmatin n what t enter in the clumn. T delete a Visit Reasn: Find the Visit Reasn yu want t delete and click the X in the same rw as the Visit Reasn.

7 7+ Yu are asked t cnfirm that yu want t delete the Visit Reasn. Click OK t delete the Visit Reasn. Click Back t return t the Administratr Menu. Viewing Hsts This page shws the list f hsts in the system. When the hst page is displayed, a visitr is asked whm they are seeing and enters the hst s name. An message is sent t the hst infrming them the visitr has signed in. When the visitr is typing the hst name, the system will ffer aut cmplete f the name after the visitr has typed the first 3 characters f the hst s name. T uplad a list f hsts: Imprtant: Uplading a new list f hsts replaces the current list f hsts. Create a Create a cmma-separated value (CSV) file with the list f hsts. When creating the list, d nt include a header rw fr the file. Each line f the file shuld have the hst name and hst infrmatin with cmmas used as the delimiter (separatr) between each value. Type the file lcatin r use the Brwse buttn t find the file and then click Update t change the list f hsts. Click Back t return t the Administratr Menu. FAQs I wuld like t test ut the Lbby App withut cming up with my wn data. D yu have sme test data I can use t test r demnstrate the app? Yes, we have included data s yu can ppulate the database with test data. Frm the cmmand line type ant database-dev. Hw d I uninstall the Lbby App? Uninstalling the app can be dne by deleting the directry that has the app cde. Frm the cmmand line type rm-rf lbby/.

8 8+ We lst the passwrd t get t the Administratr Menu. Is there any way we can reset the passwrd? As a last resrt, yu can reset the Lbby App administratr passwrd. Frm the cmmand line run the fllwing cmmand: nde reset-admin-passwrd.js
