For a complete, fully coordinated wedding experience, the entire estate with landscaped gardens is available for exclusive bookings. The inn has been the site of many small-scale weddings over the years. We specialize in custom-made events. Booking the entire hotel, restaurant and grounds ensures that nothing can interfere with such an important occasion. All our attention is focused on the needs of the wedding party and guests. We can accommodate up to 20 adults at the inn with some flexibility in our larger suites more adults or children. Additional accommodations for invited guests are available nearby. We can seat from people in our main dining room. Buffet receptions for larger groups up to 50 can also be arranged. If a small-scale, intimate wedding is what you envision, then Kingsbrae Arms might be perfect for you. We request a two night exclusive buy-out in May, June & September/three nights in July & August. A buy-out includes luxurious overnight accommodations, twice-daily housekeeping, full breakfast, exceptional made-to-order dinners, and attentive service. Dining Kingsbrae Arms Restaurant makes a perfect venue for gathering family and friends before and after your wedding day. The restaurant serves an ever-changing menu prepared by Chef Guillaume Delauné featuring the freshest seafood & local farm and garden seasonal produce in a relaxed atmosphere each evening. Chef s menus from Wine pairings available If intimacy & privacy are important, the Kingsbrae Club Room can be booked for wedding-related events. It s perfect for a rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids brunch or groomsmen s lunch. The Club Room seats 12 to 16 and the room is yours exclusively with direct access to our garden. Let the toasts begin! Spring, Summer & Fall menus are an ever-changing cornucopia of flavours at the hands of Chef Guillaume Delauné. For Exclusive Estate Weddings and Private Kingsbrae Clubroom functions, we will be pleased to meet with you to ensure that your favourite items are on the menu. There are times during early season in May & June and late season in September when non-exclusive wedding ceremonies and events are possible. At these times we can offer hors d oeuvres reception, brunch, lunch & dinner menus of a wide-ranging variety.
