1 Peter Virdee Initiated To Educate The Future of Bibangwa I prefer to say we because I haven t achieved any of this myself. It s about teamwork, my staff, partners, and of course, the role that God plays in guiding me. Otherwise, you get caught up in the me, me and myself and it becomes about ego. -Peter Virdee UK A man with his faith and committed to do philanthropy work far beyond his capability is none other than a man himself Peter Virdee. He has all the luxuries he deserves because of his faith and hard work. He believed that only receiving from society won t change anything, unless we start giving them back. This believe make him what he is now. His philanthropy works touched every sector that helps mankind and society to be better place. Bibangwa School is one of his alms work that take an initiative to shape the future of Bibangwa. The Bibangwa School is located in the Democratic Republic of Congo within the High Plateau in South Kivu. Peter Virdee s foundation rebuild the school to give a proper and efficient education to the Childrens of Bibangwa.

2 The school now has a Solid brick with deep foundations, metal roofing sheets, and cement flooring. That is way better than the old mud and shack wall and roof that does not even hold the rain water from dripping off the roof. The school has six classroom and every classroom has desk and benches for the students. The old infrastructure od school has nothing within the four wall accept some sulking face students with the hope in their eyes to study. They used to lean over books or write in books perched on their laps. As now they have a good infrastructure they can focus only on their study with any distraction. The foundation makes sure to provide a bunch of educated and trained teachers so that students get the education without any abruption. Peter Virdee s foundation work is not limited to schools, they work hard to brightening the lives of seriously ill children and their families by delivering various programs such as hospital play, distraction, entertainment services, wish granting and Starlight Escapes. Peter Virdee is a Sikh and completely believe that his race is a warrior race and never give up on any condition. That inspiration led him to work hard during the pandemic, he distributed 500 clinical grade 10L Oxygen Concentrators all across Punjab for the makeshift hospitals who s treating Covid-19 patients. In Punjab, the Peter Virdee Foundation established three World Cancer Care camps in various locations such as Bhatinda, Chamkaur Sahib, and Fatehgarh Sahib. The camp has competent physicians and nurses who have performed a variety of modern testing procedures on patients, including mammography, PAP smear, prostate specific antigen tests, oral examination, bone mineral density, ECG, blood pressure, and sugar level tests. Mr. Virdee got a gift of kindness to humanity from God. He believes that is the greatest way for him to give back from the benefits he receives from society.
