1 TIGRESS YOGA LEVEL 1 INSTRUCTOR TRAINING Two Training Options in 2016 With requests from many women for an Australian based training, 2 options are available for this year s Level 1 professional training. The actual training investment is the same for both options, however the Bali intensive is totally live-in, so has a higher fee for the retreat centre catering & accommodation. Bali International Training Intensive 21 day live-in intensive, fully catered professional training at a secluded retreat centre in West Bali. This one is perfect for women who are travelling from outside of Australia to attend training. Australian Based Training + Bali 3x 3 day non residential modules in Australia, finishing with a 7 day residential training in Bali where you get to join the rest of the international group in September. Ideal for mums & those with full time work in Australia. You are invited to apply for this year s instructor training, lead by Dévashi the Founder of Tigress Yoga & assisted by some experienced instructors. 2 Requirements Usually we ask students to have at least 1 entire year of continuous class experience before applying for training. For international students we are able to suggest alternatives. It takes time to integrate the personal changes that happen as a student. To become an instructor is not just about knowing the moves or feeling comfortable in front of other people as a teacher. As a trainer, I want to see/ hear about how it s impacted your daily life, sexuality & relationships so we both know you have experienced enough integration to teach others. Tigress Yoga is not just physical exercise - it engages our deeper layers as well as our physical bodies. It s very evocative and can be confronting at first, although we always offer it in a safe and welcoming way. When you have normalised the effects of this Level 1 practise for yourself in your own life, you will know that you are being called to train so you can share it with other women. 5 Tigress Yoga can be like quenching a thirst you didn t even know you had! TRAINING DETAILS The Australian 3 day modules are all full days. The first module is inner city Melbourne. The second & third modules are inner city Brisbane. These modules are non residential and you can bring your own lunch. Times are given upon registration. The final 7 days are held at the same retreat venue as the international training group. What an amazing way to all meet each other! The Bali intensive retreat centre is a live-in situation. The investment for this option is higher because the full 21 days includes all luscious food, beautiful shared accommodation & training for the intensive. It is located on the Western coastline of Bali, with a wild black sand ocean in walking distance from the venue. * Full attendance in the training is required for certification *

7 * You are encouraged to apply as soon as you can. If there is space in the Australian training, some modules will be available for students to attend for personal immersion only * WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS? 1. Send back your completed application form ASAP, along with a personal letter stating why you wish to become a Tigress Yoga Instructor. 2. You will be contacted within a week to let you know the outcome. 3. If your application is approved, you need to officially register with your $850 deposit to confirm your place. Then select your payment option. Payment plan info is given upon successful application. Further updates leading up to the training dates are sent to those who have been accepted. BONUS * Those who wish to, can get a discounted rate for a professional Bali photoshoot with one of Devashi s photographers. This is optional, for those who wish to go home with fantastic photos to help promote yourself when you begin teaching.

8 What Is The Full Training Process? Level 1 training is not just the live modules. * Within your first 6 months of teaching, you need to submit your completed worksheets from a 10 week self-paced home study course that was created to give you a foundation in the transformational feminine wisdom behind the physical Tigress Yoga practise. Instructors receive this at a discounted rate of AUD$497. This course was previously known as the Tigress Sanctuary modules & it includes a significant amount of content to guide you into important areas of your evolution as a woman. You can choose to complete this solo or you can join a Group Coaching journey lead by Dévashi at the group coaching rate. If you already have purchased this program, you just need to submit all of your worksheets within 6 months of the live training completion. Those who are able to compete this step before the live training will receive great benefit from doing so. * There is also a 30 day personal practise journal to submit. This is where you show your own personal progress with your home practise of Tigress Yoga. This needs to be submitted after the live training has been completed. * Australian based instructors need to attend Observation classes (free), where you assist for an entire 6 week series with a certified instructor who is qualified to act as a supervisor. Then it s time for your Supervised class. This gives enormous confidence before you go out on your own. For those not based in Australia, alternatives can be arranged for you, as decided for your personal situation with Dévashi.

9 Once receiving our Level 1 training, you will need to start teaching within 3 months to maintain certification. There are some guidelines to be in agreement with once certified, so that we are operating as a harmonious team of women who support each other both personally & professionally. To keep your training fresh & current, it s important that you stay up to date with correspondence from Tigress Yoga Management once you become certified. This happens via & in the private instructor Facebook group. Tigress Yoga is copyright and trademarked. We ask that you teach only the level of Tigress you have been certified to teach. Full details of the annual instructor agreement is shared with those who have been successful in their training application. Can you see yourself teaching by October/ November this year? 10 The Founder: Devashi Shakti is an international leader in women s psycho-sexual development and practical Sacred Feminine wisdom.
