The conference begins on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. with registration and breakfast, and concludes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Registration Fee - $ The registration fee includes all electronic conference materials; Thursday's breakfast, lunch, and reception; and Friday's breakfast. Each registrant, whether attending for MCLE credit or not, must pay the full registration fee. No discounts are available for those attending partial sessions. Registrants may not share or split registration fees. The Guest Fee includes Thursday's reception. No other events or meals are included. Cancellation and Refund Policy. Registration cancellations must be ed to Mary Penney at mpenney@counties.org by 5:00 P.M. on September 16, Cancellations made after September 16, 2015, are not subject to refunds due to meal guarantees. If there are late registrations to offset meal guarantees, the Association will make every effort to refund cancelled registrations (less a $35 processing fee).
