List and briefly describe the Supplemental Initiatives undertaken during the period covered by this Report. (a) Internship, Job Fairs When any local colleges contact Renard for internships, we accept the students and follow their guidelines. We are members of the New York State Broadcasters Association, which in turn, will send us interns when they are available. The interns are supervised by our Station Manager and the Sales Manager. During the internships, which usually last for one or two semesters (depending on the school and the amount of credits to be received) participants are exposed to and trained in the skills necessary to have a successful career in the broadcasting industry. Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, hands on work with production studio equipment, involvement in the creation and execution of commercial copy and scheduling, writing and editing of news copy and public service announcements, assisting on-air personalities in the production of their programs, assisting with live remote broadcasts, working in the music library, attending meetings of promotion committees, assisting in the organization and compilation of listener data bases, attending sales meetings, and involvement with sales and the servicing of client needs and advertising plans.

5 March 2, 2015 Hosted and presented at G. Ray Bodley High School, Fulton, NY a Career Day for students who were graduating and looking for career opportunities. Skip Clark, Program Director for WOLF-FM hosted entire event. March 19, Media Sponsor for Operations Start Up and Grow, Veteran Business Conference, US Small Business Administration co-sponsored this event with attendance of 69 businesses to help find job openings and make available information to start up new businesses. Attendance for this event was near 2000 people. September 29, 2015 Hosted/attended Syracuse University Career Fair for Syracuse University has over 21,000 students, representing 50 states and 123 countries. 25.6% of the total students are minority. This is attended every year with all job openings at the time of the event. (b) Other initiatives John Hunt, General Sales Manager spoke once a month (April, May, June and July) at Onondaga Community College with the Small Business Development Center to people looking to start or grow their business. He mentions to the group of people when we have job openings and please apply.
