If a student driver commits a traffic offense while taking the 6 hours behind the wheel requirement, responsibility will lie with both the DRIVER and the INSTRUCTOR. 2. Failure to pay this surcharge will result in an indefinite driver license SUSPENSION until the fee is paid. 15. If it is your first offense you are presumed to have a.10% BAC or higher and the penalty is a loss of driving privileges for between SEVEN (7) MONTHS and ONE (1) YEAR to run concurrently or consecutively based upon a JUDGE S ORDER. 16. NO ZONE tractor trailers blind spot. They have limited visibility, require longer stopping distances and room to maneuver. Fines DOUBLE in a work zone or safe corridor.
