Over the last 3 years, New Life has seen dramatic growth of 30%. We currently have 5 venues on campus for our weekend services. Ephesians 3:20 (NIV) Twenty three years ago, I came to New Life as Senior Pastor, and I have never been as excited and as challenged as I am about what God is leading us into this season. As we approach this strategic time, we desire to continue to make an impact in Turlock and in the surrounding communities. IMAGINE is about our desire and passion to be challenged as regular, ordinary people, and to let God do extraordinary things IN us and THROUGH us. Imagine seeing those in our community and beyond, finding life and hope in Jesus Christ. He s calling us to move forward and build so that we can reach even more people for Christ. So how do we do this together? The weight of building new facilities is too great for only a few to carry. We must share the load and each do our part. All through the Bible, we see that blessing follows sacrifice and sacrifice means to willingly give the best we have for a great purpose. While all of us are not able to give the same amount, we can all make the same sacrifice. This way, everyone has a part of this great opportunity. The important thing is not the amount we give, but our obedient response to God s challenge. Imagine what God can do with each of us as we pray, seek Him, and obey. Just Imagine what God can do through you and your resources.... the impact and hope that your obedience can bring.... the future that God is preparing for New Life. The hope of the world is Jesus. 4 NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTER A BRIEF HISTORY 1976 Held our first service on Easter of 1976 in the old American Legion Building downtown. There were 34 people total that day (babies and everyone!). Purchased 12.5 acres on Hwy 99 for $54,000 and began building our new campus First services at new campus on Hwy Pastor Dave comes to NLCC as Senior Pastor. Built 4 classroom buildings around our quad area Launched city wide multichurch campaign called Walk This Way. Ended with a united Thanksgiving service together First year of our city wide impact called Servolution. This was the catalyst for Love Turlock which now unites thousands of people from over 25 churches and ministries to serve our community Launched our Saturday night service. Began our Embrace ministry for those with special needs FitServe weekend. We had no services that weekend as New Life went out to BE the church, not just attend church. Easter weekend... 7 services, 4,000 people, 271 made a decision to follow Jesus! New Life felt like home the first time I visited. The environment was different from most churches I'd attended. In Jesus I found hope, love, forgiveness, grace, and acceptance. That was 5 years ago. Since then, I've been set free, through the power of Christ. I share my story of life-change with others, so that they can experience the freedom Jesus offers. My faith has grown by getting involved in Bible studies, the college group, and serving in children's ministry. God continues to bring people into my life from New Life who consistently help me grow in my faith. I'm excited to see New Life reach more people and make room for them, as we continue to reach out to our hurting community. OUR FUTURE ELYZABETH BARON

5 CAMPAIGN NEED WHAT GOD HAS ACCOMPLISHED Bold faith causes us to trust God and partner with Him to accomplish the impossible! THROUGH US We have a need to raise $4 million above our annual ministry budget through the next 2 years. Raising this amount of money is no small task, but we know God is calling us to have bold faith and trust that He can do more than we could ever ask or imagine. 6 CAMPAIGN VISION Imagine is about expanding our facilities so that more people can experience life and hope in Jesus Christ. We believe that He is calling us to take steps of faith. We believe that He will use us in ways we never thought possible. We believe that our best days as a church are not behind us but in front of us. We believe that He is leading us into a season of building to make room for a new harvest and a new generation of Christ followers. Imagine what God has in store for us! OUR IMPACT MARK JOHNSON I found Jesus when my marriage was falling apart and we were ready to get a divorce. I realized that my passion and priorities were misdirected. That s why I fell out of love with my wife. The same was true about my relationship with Jesus. Now I wear two wedding rings--reminding me of my top priorities. These rings represent my commitment to put Jesus Christ first and value the gift God has given me in my wife, Debbie. I want to be intentional about loving God and my wife for the rest of my life. God has shown me that I have to choose--i have to discipline myself to invest in what matters most. I thank God that He continues to teach me, and uses me to help others see that life is about pursuing Him first!

He performed a miracle in my life. My relationship with Him has grown and continues to grow, as I surrender my will each day. I grow closer to Him by spending time in prayer, digging into His Word and reaching out to others for help. Serving Jesus really fills me as He shows me the miracles happening in the lives of others! Whenever I see people who are lost, just as I was, I absolutely love watching them receive the love, grace, and mercy He offers us, right where we are today! I am so blessed to be a part of the ministry at New Life. I love this church!
