Cook on HIGH 2½-3½ minutes, turning halfway through. 2. Cook on HIGH for 75 seconds. 1. Remove from film. 2. Wrap in paper towel & place on a microwave safe plate. 3. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute. 4. Remove bun and cook egg patty and turkey ham on HIGH for 1 minute. 3. Replace bun and continue to cook on HIGH for 1 minute. 4. Let Stand for 1 minute. 1. Remove from wrap. 2. Cook on HIGH 1½ minutes, 2. Remove box, over wrap and disk then discard. 3. Place pizzas on a baking sheet. 4. Bake for minutes. 5. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 175 C 2. Remove sandwich from box and plastic wrap. 3. Wrap sandwich in foil and place on a baking sheet. 4. Bake sandwich for minutes. 5. Let stand 1-2 minutes. 1. Add cheese to burger, place inside bun and cook on HIGH for seconds. 2. Cook on HIGH for 3½ minutes, 2. Cook on HIGH for 4½-4 minutes. 2. Remove from film, and loosely wrap in foil. 3. Place on baking sheet. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. 2. Remove from box and plastic wrap. Set bun aside. 3. Wrap beef patty and cheese slice together in foil and place on baking sheet. 4. Bake for 40 minutes. 5. Remove from oven, unwrap and place patty and cheese inside bun, re-wrap sandwich and continue cooking 5-8 minutes more. 6. Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute. and cover with aluminium foil. 3. Bake for 35 minutes. and cover with aluminum foil. 3. Bake for minutes.

Wrap in paper towel & place on a microwave safe plate. 3. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute. 4. Flip burrito and cook on HIGH for 45 seconds. 1. Remove from wrap. Set bun aside. 2. Cook chicken patty on HIGH 1½ minutes. 3. Place chicken patty inside bun, cook on HIGH 1 minute. 1. Remove cap. Pull tab, remove metal lid. Remaining metal rim is microwavable. 2. Replace cap, cook on HIGH 1 minute. 3. Remove cap carefully, stir, replace cap, cook for seconds. CAUTION: Popping, movement of the bowl and/or splattering may occur when microwaving. Metal edges are sharp. 2. Cook on HIGH 4 ½ minutes, 1. Remove box and plastic wrap. 2. Place pizza on cardboard disk, silver side up. 3. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds. 3. Bake for minutes. 2. Remove from film and place on baking sheet. 3. Bake for 25 minutes. 2. Remove from box and plastic wrap. 3. Wrap sandwich in foil and place on baking sheet. 4. Bake for minutes. 1. Remove cap. 7 LUNCH PASTA OLÉ PEPPERONI PIZZA Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich SOUTHWEST STYLE FAJITA BOWL southwest style chicken salad topper 2. Cook on HIGH for 3 3½ minutes, 3. Let stand 1-2 minutes. 1. Remove box and plastic wrap. 2. Place pizza on cardboard disk, silver side up. 3. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds. 1. Remove box and plastic wrap. 2. Place open-face sandwich on cardboard disk, silver side up. 3. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes 45 seconds. 2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes, 1. Tear seal above zipper. Open bag, remove cheese and tortilla strips. 2. Re-seal bag by completely locking zipper. 3. Place in microwave standing up. Cook on HIGH for 3½ minutes. 4. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag from cool areas. 5. Open bag above zipper. CAUTION! Steam will be hot. 6. Add lettuce to a bowl and spoon chicken and vegetables on top. 7. Enjoy with your favorite Jenny Craig salad dressing! Bag will quickly inflate and might make a whistling or popping sound, and may open. This is normal. and cover with aluminum foil. 3. Cook on HIGH, 1½ - 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. 1. Remove cap. Pull tab, remove metal lid. Remaining metal rim is microwavable. 2. Replace cap, cook on HIGH 1 minute. 3.
