3 Warranty of the highest quality of production and services All design and production processes and customer s services are running in LUMEL in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO Quality Systems. We have obtained the first certificate in 1995, and the certification of our company is made till now by the very exacting Dutch company KEMA. In the scope of the commercial service we offer: the appointment of a technical adviser, which will be responsible for the realization of the whole order, short time-limit of delivery, attractive prices, realization of both large orders and smaller series. 4 SMT Assembly In the scope of SMT assembly, we offer a full range of services: one-sided and double-sided assembling of SMD elements in the technology of reflow soldering hand-made assembly of thread elements by flow soldering complementary assembly of thread elements and mechanical parts, mixed assembly, optical inspection of assembled PCB, Depending on customers needs the assembly can be carried out on the base of own or committed elements. Taking advantage of the acquired experience in design and testing of our apparatus we also offer: design of PCB, completion of elements to assembly, ensuring PCB and templates for coating with soldering paste or glue in compliance with the transmitted documentation, testing of assembled systems acc. to the customer s instructions, testing in the climatic chamber, testing of vibration resistance. Machine Park automatic silkscreen printer - JUKI KS-1710 placement machine - JUKI KE-2060 reflow oven - ERSA Hotflow 2/14 conveyors and in-line workstation - JOT soldering aggregate of KIRSTEN company automatic device for prototype assembly - Mechatronika M20 optical control stand stand for thread assembly with soldering stations stand for functional testing. All stands and devices are equipped with the protection against static electricity (ESD) in compliance with EN and 5-2 (2002) standards. Assembly of electronic components are carried out in compliance with IPC-A-610D recommendations. 03

6 Production of Plastics Parts In the scope of the plastics part production, we offer complex services, from the design of moulds and tools, through the production, machining and assembling, to the delivery of ready products. We can execute any large-series of parts using entrusted tools or ordered with us. We specialize in the production of plastics moulded pieces for electronics, automotive industries and also for household equipment. In the scope of production and machining of plastics parts we offer: execution of parts in all shapes, ultrasonic welding, gluing, silk-screen printing, varnish processing, anti-electrostatic protection, We are currently using following plastics: ABS, PA, PC, PE, PMMA, POM, PPE, PPS, PS, PVC, SAN, SB, TPU, in 30 grades and colours. All injection moulding presses are equipped with a robot collecting gating systems. 05

8 Machining In the scope of the machining process we offer: precise machining of parts on vertical drilling-taping CNC centres, machining space X/Y/Z: 600/300/300 mm, precise machining of parts on CNC chuck lathes, machining space X/Z : 250/300 mm, Machine Park CNC lathes from Hardinge company, CNC milling machines from Dugart company, working of parts on CNC turret lathes and sequential lathes, diameter of machined bars: up to 10 mm, machining on traditional turning lathes, milling and grinding machines, We machine parts from following materials: aluminium alloys, brass, free-cutting steel, stainless steel. Additionally, we can offer for machined parts, painting by powdering and spraying processes, alodynizing and passivation. 07

10 Plastic Working In the scope of plastic working we offer: die shearing of parts from sheets on Amada press maximal sheet thickness: 5 mm, surface: 1000 x 2000mm precision die-shearing on Feintool press wykonanie detali wykrawanych i wyginanych na automacie Bihler. execution of parts by punching and bending on Bihler machine, working from strip of 32 mm width and 1 mm thick bending of parts on Safan press brake, maximal part length: 1 m, thickness: 3 mm, Machine park Amada press press brake eccentric presses with pressure up to 25 T Feintool press pneumatic presses. 09
