4 Rules and regulations We follow general rules for exercise and safety and we would appreciate if you race your own race along your competitors. There will be no referee during the race. Once you race Powerman Norway you will get the opportunity to race in the legendary Powerman Zofingen in Switzerland World Championship, where an invitation will be given after the race is completed. Powerman Norway will be held as a normal run // bike // run race. This means it is your own responsibility to take care when you are in traffic, respect the volunteers and other traffic officials. - Opportunity to change, before and after the race, o Shower is ready for you when needed // Please shower in: Bade Land (in Kristiansand Dyrepark). Please access through Bade Land-inngangen next to Hovedinngangen and please use your start nr. as your ticket to get in. Prices money: - 1 st female Powerman Classic // st Male Powerman Classic // 700 Winners receive a voucher for Ferrer hotels. Powerman Classic is an open race where everyone can race for the prices money. Timing: Ultimate Sport Timing will provide you with your results after you finished - When you register, you receive an QR code or link to the date platform to opload your participant information - You opload your information - When you finish, you can search in the data base on your information s, laps etc. - There will be IPad in the registration where you can fulfil the information and after woods see your results. Otherwise you can do it from your phone. Timing will be at: - Start - Finish - Laps into TZ

What we provide: - Buns, - High5 Energy drink - Water Relay teams have a special area in TZ where they have to swop. 7 Run Course 2: Inside Dyreparken Kristiansand / Zoo Short: 1 lap = 5 km Classic: 2 laps = 10 km Figure 3: Run Course: The Bike Course Short: 1 lap = 30 km Classic: 2 laps = 60 km The cycling route has been changed due to roadworks. Powerman Short will cycle to and from Lillesand, while Powerman Classic will do this round two times. See here: Be aware: the bike course travels on both bike paths and smaller roads. Because we are not allowed to close all roads, please pay attention on the bike course. There will be signals and Powerman whit/red stripes showing you in which direction to go. High5 Sports nutrition will be ready for you after every 10 km. Nutrition provided: bars, gels, water and ISO Tonic drink.
