3 Installing WizmoWatch 1. To install the WizmoWatch application, click on Setup2.3.exe link from your Customer Launch Page. 3
4 2. Click on Save to download and install WizmoWatch directly to your local computer. Please note: You must have administrator or administrator equivalent rights to your local machine to install this application 3. Select installation location (typically directly to the desktop). 4. Click on Save 4
5 The progress bar (shows % saved) dialog box will appear. When complete, you should find the WizmoWatch setup icon saved on your local desktop (shown below). Setting Up WizmoWatch (after installation) 1. To setup WizmoWatch, double click on the WizmoWatch setup icon on the desktop. The following security warning may or may not appear. 2. Click Run (if security warning appears) 5

9 8. Click Finish. The WizmoWatch application will appear on your LOCAL desktop, and also in the START menu. 1. Double click on the WizmoWatch icon on your desktop or select it from your START menu to run the application. 9
10 Configuring WizmoWatch The application will automatically launch itself once the installation process is complete. Prior to connecting to your hosted e-automate Desktop, you will need to configure the application with the information provided to you by Digital Gateway. 1. Select the CONFIGURATION button from the toolbar. The WizmoWatch Configuration dialogue box should appear (as shown below). 10
11 Here is a closer look at the dialogue box: 2. Fill in the Http address field with the correct information. Http address is the URL that you go to in order to log in to your hosted e-automate Desktop. Example) [CLIENTNAME].DGILIVE.COM (DO NOT INCLUDE ) 3. Tab down and enter in the User Name and Password which was provided to you by Digital Gateway. 4. After you have entered in your User Name and Password, select whether or not you wish to have the toolbar hidden when you are connected to your hosted e-automate Desktop. If you hide the toolbar, you will have access to the Start, Stop, Exit, Configuration and Check for Updates buttons via an icon in your System Tray (on the right side of your TASKBAR). 11

If you have troubles with your local machine going into Sleep/Suspend/or Hibernation mode, please check the Disable sleep/suspend/hibernation box to prevent your local machine from falling into these modes. If you leave this box unchecked, your local machine will perform at its normal configuration setting. 6. When you are finished, select SAVE. 12
13 Launching and Logging into WizmoWatch 1. Select START from the toolbar. START launches the WizmoWatch application that will automatically connect you to your hosted e-automate Desktop. 13
14 Welcome to e-automate! As you can see, e-agent has been set up to automatically launch upon login. If you wish to perform other functions within the e-automate application, you will want to MINIMIZE the e-agent window. You DO NOT want to CLOSE or X out of the e-agent as any scheduled events will not run and you will receive the following alert. 14
15 How to Successfully Log Off with WizmoWatch 1. To log out of the hosted e-automate Desktop, double click on the Log Off icon or use the START menu LOG OFF icon. Please refer to STEPS for additional information regarding the e-automate Desktop functions. LOG OFF will log you out of this session, but WizmoWatch will still be running on your local machine and will automatically log you back in. If you select STOP from the LOCAL toolbar or from the W (WizmoWatch) icon in your LOCAL system tray, this will log you out of your WizmoWorks session and STOP WizmoWatch from automatically logging you back in. If you have selected STOP, you will have to select START to run the polling application again and to automatically launch the WizmoWorks Desktop. If you select EXIT from the LOCAL toolbar or from the W icon in your LOCAL system tray, this will log you out of your WizmoWorks session and EXIT WizmoWatch. You will receive the following message if you select EXIT: 15
16 You will need to launch WizmoWatch again from the icon on your local desktop. Select START to run the application and automatically launch the WizmoWorks desktop. New Version Installations When a new version is available, a message will appear stating Please update to continue using this application when you launch WizmoWatch. 1. Click OK to close the message When WizmoWatch opens, the UPDATE button will be BOLD. 2. Click UPDATE and the update process will install the newer version of WizmoWatch. 3. You will need to re-configure the WizmoWatch connection before you start, as the new download will override your existing configuration. 16
17 Frequently Asked Questions: What is WizmoWatch? WizmoWatch is an application that is downloaded from your Customer Launch Page (CLP) and installed to your local machine. It is designed to automatically connect you to a hosted e-automate session should your current session be disrupted by an Internet Service Provider issue or during the nightly maintenance window. WizmoWatch is available to users that use the Digital Gateway e-automate e- Agent feature. WizmoWatch allows you to schedule events and have them run when you are away from your desk. Once you have connected to a hosted e-automate session, e-agent will automatically open on your hosted e-automate Desktop. If you exit e-agent you must launch it from the icon on your hosted e- Automate Desktop before your events will run. WizmoWatch is unable to determine whether e-agent is open on the hosted e-automate Desktop or not, and does not automatically re-launch e-agent. WizmoWatch only recognizes whether you have an active hosted e-automate session. WizmoWatch checks every 60 seconds to verify there is an active session, if it does not receive confirmation of an active session, WizmoWatch will launch and automatically reconnect you. What is e-agent? e-agent provides you the ability to automate numerous time consuming tasks. From contract expiration notifications to past due service call notifications, e-agent gives you the ability to free yourself from a large number of mundane business management tasks, allowing you to focus your efforts on growing your business. With over 20 tasks available to automate, you re sure to find a number of ways to help you grow. For specific instructions on which tasks are available and how to configure those tasks, please refer to STEPS. How do I install the WizmoWatch client? You must have Administrative or Administrative-equivalent rights on your local machine in order to successfully install the WizmoWatch application. Please contact your IT administrator if you are not sure whether you have the required rights to your local machine or not. How do I receive updates to WizmoWatch? Each time you launch WizmoWatch, the application automatically checks for any updates. If there is an update, the Check for Updates button will be BOLD. The update can be applied at anytime. If you have questions regarding the Update, please contact Digital Gateway Technical Support. 17
18 What happens if there is a new VERSION of WizmoWatch? You will receive advance notification from Digital Gateway when a new version of WizmoWatch is being released. When a new version is available, you will receive a message upon launching WizmoWatch. WizmoWatch will NOT automatically connect your session until the newest version of WizmoWatch has been downloaded and installed on your local machine. You will need to re-configure WizmoWatch before you start, as the new download will have overridden your existing configuration. Who do I call for support of the WizmoWatch application? Please contact your Digital Gateway Technical Support. What happens when my password expires? There is a counter on your hosted e-automate desktop counting down the number of days until your password expires. When your password is about to expire, you need to select START from the hosted e- Automate Desktop, SETTINGS, WINDOWS SECURITY, then PASSWORD. If you do not remember your old Password, please contact your Digital Gateway Technical Support. You will then need to log out of hosted e-automate and launch WizmoWatch from your local machine. Do NOT START WizmoWatch as the login process will fail because your password has changed. Select the CONFIGURE button and change the existing password to match your new password. After you SAVE your changes you can start the WizmoWatch application. Why do I still see hosted e-agent session on my screen when my session has been disconnected? If you have a Windows NT or Windows XP PC or laptop and your session has been interrupted, you will continue to see the Hosted e-agent session on your screen until you move your mouse. If you are not at your desk to move your mouse, WizmoWatch will check to see if your session is active or not. If your session is inactive, WizmoWatch will close the screen and re-launch. This process could take up to two (2) minutes. 18
