Served tall, with lavender & cucumber. Pocket Watch 19 Bulldog gin, Dolin vermouth, Campari, St germain Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice. Topped with Marlborough Sauv Blanc. Served in a tea cup with blood orange marshmallow pillows.

3 Tweedle Rum Caribbean rum blend, pineapple juice, lime, ginger beer, with our house made spiced vanilla & pomegranate syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Served tall, over ice with fresh pineapple and banana chips on the side. Mad Hatter Haymans Sloe gin, house made peppercorn syrup & fresh apple juice topped with coconut foam. Served in a martini glass with shaved chocolate buttons and cracked pepper.

4 The Lion High west double rye camomile & cinnamon syrup. Lemon, pineapple juice & bitters. Served in a coupe with baby cornichons. The Unicorn 19 Bacardi aged 8 years with Frangelico, fresh espresso, vanilla syrup, dark chocolate rum swirl and a dash of cream. Served in an absinthe glass with grated hazelnut & a chocolate straw.

5 March Hare Punch 19 Four Pillars gin, Peach liqueur, Hennessy VSOP, spice syrup with fresh orange juice & a dash of Jerry Thomas bitters. Served in a tea cup with a toasted cinnamon stick on the side. Cheshire Cat 19 Smokey Mezcal, strawberry vermouth & a dry sherry. Sweetened with a few drops of grenadine, Angostura & orange bitters. Served straight up in a coupe with toasted rosemary.

6 The Walrus year Lagavulin, 10 year Glen Grant, chocolate & orange bitters with a Luxardo rinse. Served over an ice sphere with Laphroaig whisky gums. The Tea Party 22 Crown Royal Canadian whiskey, Tea house maple chai tea syrup, chocolate bitters, stirred over ice. Served with butterscotch candy on the side.
