2 ENTRY-LEVEL LAW ENFORCEMENT (LEE) In order to be considered for employment in an entry-level law enforcement position, candidates must pass a written exam called the Law Enforcement Examination (LEE). Those who pass will remain in the eligible pool for two years. The pool of eligible candidates that results from the LEE will be used to fill positions for law enforcement titles in all Civil Service jurisdictions. The announcement for the LEE was issued on July 1, Applications will be accepted until August 31, Announcements for Parole Officer Recruit and Parole Officer Recruit Bilingual in Spanish and English were issued on June 1, The announcement for Correction Officer Recruit (State Corrections) was issued on July 1, POLICE SERGEANT The Police Sergeant promotional examination was successfully administered on Saturday, January 16, Our method of disseminating information to all interested parties (candidates, appointing authorities, and unions) is to advise them to visit the CSC s website, under Public Safety Testing News, to view the most up-to-date status report on police promotional testing schedules.
