1 JOB DESCRIPTIONS CATEGORY 2 Basic Allowance 1. Catering Manager ,560 Graduate / diploma in Hotel / Catering Management with excellent communication skills. Shall have minimum of 15 years in reputed Hotel / Catering Company. Experience in Company where the training, HSE, Quality Assurance, Food Hygiene had been a key factor would be added advantage. Working knowledge of Arabic speaking is desirable. 2. Catering Graduate / Diploma Holder in Hotel / Catering Management with excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Arabic speaking is desirable. 3. Hygiene Officer ,170 Graduate with 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. English fluent (Speaking and written). Must possess advance food hygiene certificate and microbiology certificate. To oversee efficient Administration of the day to day functioning aspect of the Catering and Associated Services functions and its personnel. Primary aim being to achieve the Company s prime objective i.e. Client & Customer Satisfaction, Health, Safety and Environment Protection (HSE), Quality Assurance, and the Development and Training of its people. To operate the contract profitably within the contractual terms to maximum efficiency. Assist Catering Manager in overseeing efficient administration of Catering & Cleaning at the location. His aim is to achieve Customer Satisfaction working within a QA/HSE System and creating a Healthy and Safe working Environment for all his Staff and Customers and maintain the surrounding area Hygienically Clean and Environment Friendly at all times. He will also have many other duties depending on the site and location where he will be posted. Ensure implementation of all the control measures data and records on a daily basis. Assured safe food service through HACCP System. Prepare HSSE Plan and implementation. Should monitor routine temperature record; take corrective actions, sanitizing procedures, pest control and material receipt records. Should be able to train basic, intermediate and refresher training for all food handlers and maintain records for the relevant.

Head Cook Diploma in cooking, hotel background and more than 5 years experiences in the similar post. Must be fluent in English. 9. Assistant HSSE Manager ,340 Graduate in science with additional Industrial Training / such as Diploma in Safety Management or membership of a recognized professional institution such as IOSH, RSP. He will have attended training courses in various disciplines such as, Permit to work, occasions and to produce chef special dish for daily service. Responsible for volume production of Salad. Meet daily with Chef to discuss sandwich and/or salad preparation and production strategy. Maintain the daily preparation, production, handling, storage, rotation and serving of all sandwiches and/or salads required to meet kitchen demands. Maintain the daily preparation of all items in sandwich and/or salad production including sliced meats, fillings, vegetables crudités, hardboiled eggs, etc. Produce sufficient quantities and varieties of sandwiches and/or salads client approved menus. Responsible for volume production of Pastry items. Meet daily with Chef to discuss pastry preparation and production strategy. Oversee pastry preparation team. Prepares and bakes cakes, cookies, pies, puddings, or desserts, according to recipe. Work under the direct leadership of the Chef. Will help with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies for event, daily breakfast, lunch & dinner. Must have advance food and hygiene certificate & thorough knowledge of Continental / Arabic / Indian / Oriental / Filipino cuisine. Responsible for on site management of Health Safety and Environmental issues. He shall monitor Managers and s ensuring that they take all due care that work does not start before essential HSSE Systems are confirmed to be in place. He shall guide site management on HSSE including safety policies. His responsibilities extend to conducting on site in-house Audits in all departments and areas. He shall compile and report monthly HSSE Statistics, conduct incident

Professional s NEBOSH & IOSH, Additional certification, Incident Investigation, Internal Auditor, First Aider Minimum of 5 years experience in reputed Hospital / Hotel / Contract Service Industry or 3 years experience in an Industrial Environment. Occupational Health ,170 Minimum 5 years experience Professional s NEBOSH & IOSH, Additional Certification, Health Risk Assessment, COSHH, First Aider Assist HSSE Manager in implementing and monitoring HSSE plan. Ensure activities are in line with HSSE policies and procedures. Promote occupational health and safety within an organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working. Conduct daily inspections in workplaces and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify health hazards and risks. Ensure that workplaces conform with organizational procedures and safety standards. Prepare and submit HSE monthly reports to the HSSE Manager. Assist in Internal and External Audits. Conduct monthly HSE meetings and emergency drills. Monitor staff personal hygiene and maintain staff medical records. 13. Environment ,340 Graduate in Environment and Prepare the Environmental Management Plan specific to

Assist in completion of all environmental obligations, Environmental Monitoring plan, Third party environmental audit undertaken, reporting to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs including waste consignment notes. Maintain environmental compliance register and actions taken. Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented; Liaising with reception services to coordinate the allocation of accommodation; Liaising with other departments within the site, e.g. catering, laundry, H/Keeping etc; Inspecting the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met; Planning the availability of accommodation; Ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of the employee The Housekeeping is responsible for the Housekeeping functions at client location. Supervise and Co-ordinate with the reporting staff in day to day operational issues. Responsible to conduct daily

Must be fluent in English (written inspections in the accommodation blocks, messes, and other areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. Check and cross check at irregular times / intervals all the areas and ensures the required cleaning roasters, schedules, check list and procedures are being followed at all level of his Staff. Shall be responsible for Client Satisfaction, developing sound working relationship and exceeding the Customer expectations at the location. 17. Cleaning Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management. Minimum of 7 years in reputed Hotel/ Cleaning/Laundry Companies. Experience in Companies where training, HSE, Quality Assurance had been a key factor, would be added advantage. Arabic speaking would be desirable. Must be fluent in English (written The Cleaning is responsible for the Cleaning functions and its personnel at location. Shall Supervise and co-ordinate with the reporting staff in day to day operational issues. Shall be responsible to conduct daily inspections in the accommodation blocks, messes, and other responsible areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. Shall train all the Cleaning Staff on the cleaning materials and equipment used at the site. Shall supervise the issues and controls of all stock items of cleaning material and associated material and also raise indents accordingly. 18. Maintenance Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering with working knowledge of computers. Minimum of 8-10 years in reputed companies. Experience in Hotel or Contract Catering Companies or in a similar industrial environment, where training in HSE and/or Quality Assurance would be added advantage. Arabic speaking would be desirable. Working knowledge of Responsible for the Maintenance of civil and carpentry work, electrical and mechanical equipment. Primary aim is to achieve effective planned and preventive maintenance schedules. Recreation ,170 Minimum 5 years experience NEBOSH & IOSH Qualified, Oman Driving License Additional Certification- Defensive driving, Safe Journey Management Diploma holder in Horticulture or equivalent qualification with 4-6 years of experience in landscaping and gardening BSc (Zoology or Entomology) Graduate with good language proficiency in English and Indian Sub-continent languages as well. Must have good knowledge in all Pest Control Chemicals and also time of spraying Diploma holder with good command of the English language with 4-6 years experience in operating recreation facilities. Assist HSSE Manager in implementing and monitoring HSSE plan. Ensure activities are in line with HSSE policies and procedures. Conduct regular vehicle inspections. Monitoring of drivers behavior and regular counseling on them. Monitoring journeys and journey plans. Prepare and submit HSE monthly reports to the HSSE Manager. Monitoring of IVMS and maintain the records. Conduct training for drives and other staffs. Ensuring smooth flow of traffic within the camp. Ensuring supplier and subcontractor journeys and liaised with Security manager to regarding unauthorized vehicle entry into the camp. Conduct journey management audits. Must have good knowledge in species names and also having good knowledge of pest & disease management. Must have labor management skills and awareness of garden tools/equipment. Irrigation knowledge will be an added advantage. Manage the planning and execution of Pest control services; Follow up of the Pest surveillance. Determine problem and implement the most effective solution. To oversee efficient administration of the day to day functioning aspect of the Recreation Centre. Responsible for safety of the Recreation Centre Staff and ensures that the working environment is as per safety specifications and norms. Organizing Sports /

9 Basic Allowance 23. Laundry supervisor Secondary school certificate with five (5) years experiences in similar position. In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices and tools used in laundry equipment. Possess sound analytical and troubleshooting skills for laundry. Fluent in English. 24. IT Manager ,340 A professional with BE / B.Tech equivalent. Should have strong communication skills. Minimum 5 years experience with similar exposure. Network+, CCNA, MCSA and other professional certifications. Good experience of vendor management and system management. Exposure to ERP and other CRM systems are mandatory. Recreational events time to time. Oversees Recreation Centre and inspects housekeeping including services, recreational and cleaning of external areas in a periodical manner to ensure the day to day function are operated efficiently and within the scope of contract. Responsible for overseeing the laundry aspect of the location. Supervises and participates in the sorting, washing, drying, flat ironing, pressing, folding, checking, fabricating, and mending of a variety of linens and garments ensuring smooth work flow and high quality laundering operations. Manages laundry staff and allocates jobs to laundrymen. Oversees and maintains all laundry office functions, production reports, schedules and other records. Will be responsible in managing and maintaining the entire IT operations of the client location, which will include IT Systems, LAN, WAN, Telephony, CCTV, MFP, etc. within the agreed SLA. Should liaise with internal and external parties to ensure adequate measures are made to meet the SLA and customer expectations. Proactively and reactively ensure all systems are in operation with contingency planning and recommendations for optimization. Respond after hours on call basis for critical issues. Maintain system and configuration documentation with supplier support matrix and SLA. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

10 Basic Allowance 25. Network Technician BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional Examination or Proven Experience of over 3 years. Network+ and CCNA and/or MCSA certification (advantage). Competent in MS Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project & Visio. Technical knowledge of wireless and communications networking 26. Call Center Operator Diploma in communication or relevant educational background & computer literate with experience in similar field. Fluent in English (Written & Speaking) is mandatory, while Hindi, Arabic, etc. will be advantages. Excellent customer service skills and practices are required. 27. Site Accountant ,170 B.Com/Bsc. Degree Commerce graduate & computer literate and 4 years' experience in the similar field. Computer literate (Word, Excel). Fluent in English (Written & Speaking) 28. Translator (Regional lang. to English) Graduate with language proficiency in English, Arabic, Indian sub-continent languages as well as deaf/mute languages. Responsible in maintaining LAN, WAN, Telephony, CCTV, MFP and other IT Systems. Monitor and ensure systems are available as per the SLA. Proactively identify and rectify issues in liaison with client, supplier, etc. Prioritize and resolve IT relevant issued by call / CRM / and feedback status reporting. Be on call basis for after hour critical issues. Take periodic backup of systems and configurations. Ability to work under the direction of the IT Manager. Respond to incoming calls by logging the details to the relevant systems, following the pre-defined procedure and escalation matrix based on the issue raised within the agreed SLA. Prioritize and manage customer complaints with follow-up and feedback by call / mail / system. Update call registers of analyze frequent occurrences and report. Responsible for providing all Accounts & Administration Support. He will compile the data on a daily basis relating to mandays, consumption, income & expenditure, manpower, site accounts including the general correspondence etc. Provide management accounting information periodically and as requested. Inventory Control and keeping updated track of static and expendable items. Work closely with Welfare Services the Reception, Accommodation Management and Security Services. With in-depth knowledge of the English language, perform translation of written text from Regional

11 29. Store Keeper (Catering) Basic Allowance Secondary school certificate with 2 years experiences in F&B main store with similar job. Should have knowledge of FIFO or LIFO for shelves arrangement. Computer literate. Must possess basic food hygiene certificate. Fluent in English. language(s) into English (and vice versa) in various business and social settings. Translate a variety of material, particularly formal legal, technological and engineering documentation, from Regional language(s) to English and vice versa, with attention to fact and nuance, so that the intent and tone of the original meaning is preserved. Edit, standardize, proofread, revise and finalize translated material prepared by other employees and contractors. Segregate and stock fruits, vegetable, meat, fish, poultry, chemicals etc. Store items in the shelves, keep gap between wall & items in order smooth air flow circulation. Maintain all stocks at average levels and stock appropriately for fast moving items. Prepare requisition, stock cards and control all inventories.
