1 Wendy Evans Graduation Office Section name Order of Ceremonies July 2014 Please note: If, nearer the time of graduation, there appears to be a disproportionate number of students at any one ceremony intending to graduate in person, the Graduation Office reserves the right to move some programmes to a different ceremony. Where possible we will try within the logistical constraints to move students to a consecutive ceremony and, in any event, to a ceremony on the same day. Students and staff will be advised in writing by the end of May if any such move must take place.
