1 Start Using your MRO Exhibitor Guest Pass! Invite your customers to visit your booth before your competitors do! Use your Guest Pass to give all of your customers and prospects access to meet with you in your booth FREE of charge. Don't miss this opportunity to introduce them to the solutions that meet their business needs. What is the Guest Pass? The Guest Pass is an invitation containing your company s personalized URL registration link which provides an unlimited number of customers and prospects to a complimentary registration for MRO Expo. Recipients simply click the URL to register to attend MRO Expo FREE of charge. Individuals using your link to register will be added to your company s guest list which can be downloaded and viewed through your MRO Expo ConnectME Dashboard. Why use the Guest Pass? Using your Guest Pass ensures your customers and prospects come to MRO Expo as your guests not your competitors. The MRO Expo Guest Pass also sends an important message to your customers: You have the reach, resources and interest to make the trip more than worth their while. 1

2 Getting Started! To start using your MRO Expo Guest Pass, login to your MRO Expo ConnectME Dashboard Your user name is MRO16 The password was in the CompuSystems sent to your company s booth contact and is the same password used for your MRO Expo Exhibitor Dashboard. Contact exhibitorservices@mroexpo.org if you need to have your password resent. Note: You can also access the ConnectME Dashboard from your MRO Expo Exhibitor Dashboard by clicking on the Marketing & Branding tile, then the VIP Guest Passes tile. 2

4 Invite a Customer! The Booth Promotion page provides statistics on your Registration Widget s webpage banner ad. It also provides access to Invite a Customer and your Guest Pass Registration Widget To Invite a Customer click the Invite a Customer link 4

5 Exhibitor Invite a Customer Page You can send e mail invitations to your guests from this page. You can copy your company s personalized URL guest pass registration link to paste into your s or to hyperlink to company and/or MRO Expo banner ads and logos. You can download your guest list of individuals who registered for MRO Expo using your company s registration link. First: Copy your company s personalized URL guest pass registration link, and Save it to use in promoting your booth and inviting customers to register as your guest for free. Second: Click on the SEND E MAIL link... 5

6 Invite Your Customers! Your Guest Pass is Unlimited there are no limits on the number of guests who may register using your code. Your text pre populates inviting your guests to visit your booth at MRO Expo using your company s complimentary registration link. Simply enter the name(s) and (s) of those you would like to invite and click submit. You will receive a pop up notice that your message was sent, close the message, and you will return to the Exhibitor Invite a Customer Page. Note: There is a limit of entering five addresses at one time using a comma between each name/ , but you may send the invitation an unlimited number of times to an unlimited number of guests. 6

7 Download Your Guest List! From this page, you can also download and view a list of individuals who registered for MRO Expo using your company s registration link Click DOWNLOAD LIST When tasks are completed on this page, click Return to Exhibitor Dashboard link... 7

9 Your Company s MRO Expo Banner Ad Follow the Registration Widget Instructions to copy your company s Widget Code to post your personalized banner ad on your website. The registration widget is a small snippet of code which can be placed on your company s website. This code is dynamic and will display your booth number and provide visitors to your website an easy way to register as your guest at MRO Expo. The widget will also keep track of the number of clicks and who registered for the show from your widget. HINT: Take a screenshot from this page of your company s personalized banner ad (Microsoft s Snipping Tool is very helpful with this) and save it as a PNG file. You can then use this to promote your booth by hyperlinking your company s personalized URL registration link to the banner ad and include it in your signature line. 9
